Room was somewhat fine. One of our room restroom was smelling stinky. Service is totally bad. Inspite of telling to clean the room. They did not. Also Breakfast was just 2 options only. Not a buffet like hotels. That food what gave also had human hair in it. Cleanliness is not there. So don't have their food. So overall not happy. We stayed on 11th to 13th Aug 2026. 2nd day we had our breakfast outside only. If we complain in reception also no reaction from them. We won't recommend this place to stay.

Very bad experience. Poor quality of facilities. Old and broken furniture. Street side low price restaurant is far better than their restaurant. Management does not have any sort of experience dealing with customers. Insects and rats running in the corridors. Staff don't speak English.

The hotel needs some, well, a lot of updating. The air-conditioning works great, it gets really cold, but it also makes a lot of noise, almost a vacuum cleaner.|There is not a lot of water pressure and the thermostat in the shower is either on or off. Housekeeping cleans the bathroom in less than 90 seconds, overall it takes 2 minutes, it is not really dirty, but also not very clean.|Breakfast is good, although the coffee machine was broken (probably permanently), so only instant freeze-dry coffee available.|Wi-fi is not bad, but a lot slower than other hotels in Riyadh.|For the money it is close to ok, but I recommend to stay a bit closer to downtown, this hotel is quite far from a decent supermarket or any restaurants.|A good thing: the windows do open, so there the opportunity to at least get some fresh oxygen in.

This property is located near many of Riyadh’s important landmarks and sights, which makes it easy to get around. The staff embodies the Saudi Arabian Culture’s friendliness and warm-heartedness. So much so that when I checked out, I asked the front desk man if I could take a “Koran” (having always wanted to read it) provided in the room, and he warmly presented it to me as a parting gift. Yes, I wholeheartedly recommend staying here.

I don't understand the comments about the languaje, I was accommodated in the BRGH for 3 days and my experience was good enough, most of the personel speak English so don't worry. The design of the bathrooms is a little bit uncomfortable but Ok for a short stay

I feel like maybe I had a bad experience because I don't speak arabic (which I think I saw a review that said that before my visit). By far the support hotel staff, like, bell boy/ bell men, laundry men, housekeeping and restaurant guys are super nice and try to be helpful where they can. It's just navigating the confusion of reception is very stressful. If you speak arabic, it maybe won't be that bad, but if you're an English speak, I would probably say to pass and look for other hotels in Riyadh. That said, it is in a decent location to travel to different places as a tourist, however, I didn't realize how much the language barrier played in the experience (they also list English as a language they can speak to you in). It's near the train station and so much more, so location is great, it just depends if you want to deal with the headache of everything else with the front desk with getting things done. I didn't enjoy my experience, especially the check in and a service miscommunication but it depends on what are your priorities and I was able to tough it out but wondered if there were other options that were better in Riyadh.
