Perfect location! Walk to everything with a view of the bridge. Lydia was amazing!! Room was spacious with luxurious finished and marble bathrooms. Suggestion: unless you rent a very small Car do not drive to the hotel. Even to drop luggage. Not the hotels fault but park at hotel suggested lot or|Public parking and walk or take a cab.

We loved our stay in Ronda. This hotel has a very boutique vibe. The views in the panoramic room were exactly what you would want. This hotel is in walking distance to everything! The rooms and bathroom were so well designed and charming. Our bathroom had a really good blow dryer, which never happens for me in Europe so it's worth mentioning. Lydia, was our front desk clerk and she was so welcoming and gracious.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Amazing stay with authentic charm and stunning views We had an incredible stay at Casa Palacio Villa Zambra. The hotel perfectly blends an authentic local feel with modern touches, and everything was exceptionally well maintained. The location couldn’t be better—just a short walk to the city center and overlooking the gorge, which made for some unforgettable views. A special thank you to Lidia at the front desk, who truly personalized our experience. She went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed, and her hospitality made a big difference in our stay. The room was outstanding—comfortable, beautiful, and thoughtfully designed. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I would absolutely recommend staying here and wouldn’t hesitate to come back again.

Amazing view of the nueva puente from our terraza! Lidia and the other staff were fantastic and made us feel at home right from the beginning. The room was clean and spacious and comfortable. Highly recommended!

After a rather late check-in, I was so happy to meet Lidia, who guided me through the hotel and the usual odds and ends, but with warmth and a kind demeanor. I thought I was getting something standard, but was blown away by the room itself -- a jacuzzi, and a small balcony with a great view of the bridge area and its arresting geology plus a Roman aqueduct. I appreciated her directions to a nearby restaurant with really delicious tapas, El Amacen. I blissed out in the tub, and watched Netflix because I was too tired to do anything else! I discovered a coffee and tea service this morning inside a cabinet just when I wanted a cup. Perfect spot to land after a long, train plus bus travel day.

This is such a lovely family-run hotel with only 9 rooms situated on the cliff with views of the Bridge and valley. The wife/owner was warm, welcoming and very helpful. The room we had was with a view, but not the terrace or balcony. It was simpel, but tasteful and the bed lovely. Accessories was provided - even a toothbrush. Breakfast is A la Carte which suited us perfectly. Can highly recommend recommend the omelette with everything. The only thing missing is that the two chairs and table was in the bathroom and not in the main room. We’ll be back.

Excellent small hotel in a classic old building with views of the bridge. The main door slides to the right so if you arrive and the door is closed, just slide it. Very friendly and helpful staff.
