The room was basic, but clean. We inspected the mattress and it looked brand new. Room 11 has an amazing view across the park. Unfortunately there was a strong smell of sewage gases in the room all the time, possibly rising from the plumbing? No kettle!! (Im British, I need my tea!) No lighting around dressing table, no full-length mirror. Outdated decor (80s?) Service was fine. The staff were polite. The night shift guy did not speak English and I needed a 24 hour pharmacy. He was not helpful. The location makes up for everything else to be honest, you are within short walking distance of the park, the bullring, the iconic bridge, the shopping, cafes, bars, restaurants, pharmacies, mini-mart etc.

A nice Hotel, in a good location for transport links and walking distance into the City Centre and the New Bridge. Rooms were clean but a little dated. Hotel was great value for Money. Location was very good and close to all, the attractions. Bed was very comfortable, a little street noise at the front of the Hotel. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Left Luggage was very handy. Lift.

Excellent location, great value for money & clean rooms. |We stayed for one night, easy to find and within walking distance from the train station. Within walking distance to the bullring and views of the gorge, along with the various squares etc. Rooms basic but really clean, just what you need for a short break. We wouldn’t normally stay in a 2 star hotel but this has changed my opinion on that thought process 👍 Breakfast was good, not extravagant but acceptable, buffet style, but don’t expect fresh fruit or hot buffet etc, it’s toast, coffee, juice, yogurts, ham, cheese, cereals but enough to keep you going until lunchtime.

We had a great stay and the hotel personnel is truly amazing. Room is simple but very affordable and the staff helped us a lot by allowing us to store our luggage. Super responsive when calling as well!

Price: Amazingly low given that this is about 500 m to the Nuevo Bridge. There are good street tables to drink lightly in front of the hotel. Cleanness: Some Google reviews made me worry here because someone wrote reviews with a cleanness problem and put low ratings. But, when I checked in here, my room, lobby, and restroom were very clean. The room phone and small elevator look almost new, and the bathtub was also nice. In general, the hotel is well-maintained. Staff: The front desk lady is very kind and speaks English fluently. Internet/WiFi: So fast WiFi. When I asked about the WiFi password, the staff brought it to my room on the 2nd floor in 20 seconds. Checkout time: 12 noon The location: This is also excellent because public parking is very close and this parking lot is just walkable to the Nuevo Bridge! Many restaurants near here Parking: The parking fee of 12 euro that I paid lasted 24 hours. Check in here first to save on parking fees to visit Nuevo Bridge.

Excellent value hotel only a short walk to the cliff view point, bull ring and the spectacular bridge -Puerte Nuevo. No issues storing our bicycles safely inside. Whilst the room does not have a fridge, the air con worked perfectly. Late evening the street outside becomes remarkably quiet and so a good night's sleep was had. We would happily stay here again.

Made a last-minute reservation and selected a single double bed. Upon getting the keys, it was 2 twin beds. Tried to advise the front desk, but she told us that was all they had and that it's what we get for booking last minute. Very unprofessional, but I think we dodged a bullet. The entire hotel smelled like cigarettes and the rooms were dark. I recommend going to Hotel Polo instead

Location is good. Cars can be parked along the street. Sound isolation of the rooms could be better. Ms. Eva at the check-in desk was very supportive and shared a printed map of nearby sightseeings.
