I recently stayed in this hotel from 19-22 May. It's extremely well located barely 100m from the iconic bridge and bull ring and gardens. It's also very close to the heart of the old town with a plethora of restaurants, bars,ice cream parlours and souvenir shops. The hotel itself is adequate, but certainly cannot claim to be what is expected of 4 star standard. The rooms are spacious but very dated with the most ghastly yellow marble floor with grey veins which looks like huge scratches. Dull and uninviting. Our room had a separate ante room with a sofa and TV...unfortunately NO English channels or news. The bathroom was clean and shower powerful, but that's about it.There are Tea & Coffee making facilities but no complimentary water on arrival! For £130 per night it felt very poor value for money given that Ronda is a small place. The breakfast was adequate but nothing to get excited about.No variation at all, same fare every day! While the staff at reception and breakfast were polite, they made no attempt to interact with guests. The hotel gets it's business from visitors in Ronda from tour operators so has not bothered to stamp some personality into the hotel. The hotel has paid parking. It's an easy 15 walk from the train and bus station. Ronda itself was beautiful and definitely worth a visit. An overnight stay in Ronda is plenty to see everything there is to see.

Two nights here and it was the typical four star hotel in many ways at first glance. Two problems made it not so enjoyable for us.|Firstly we had the room furthest away from the lift. This meant the long corridors we had to walk down also had a steep incline. I assume this was because at some point two houses knocked together had different floor levels.'|Secondly the aircon was not adequate to keep the room cold in the sun of the day. We did mention this to Reception but it had no effect.

I cannot recommend this place high enough. The staff were AMAZING! The person on reception, who unfortunately his name we didn’t get, made our stay very special. He was attentive, obliging, helpful, informative and an asset and credit to the hotel. As was the other person on the same shift and the woman who checked us out. We will return and will highly recommend the hotel to our friends. Thank you!!

Superb location just across from the Bull ring in beautiful Ronda. Rooms were very nice, clean and comfortable. The only negative thing was that the hot breakfast buffet was actually quite cold. Could not fault the overall selection and quality but they need to find a better way of keeping the food warm.

Stayed here recently. Great hotel in really good location. Really close to town centre, bridge and bullring and 5 minutes walk from|Bus station. Room was good size and spotlessly clean. Nice fresh produce at breakfast. Hotel|Receptionist spoke good English and was very friendly. Would recommend. Good value for money.

Breakfast at the bar was a tragic experience with the waiter Frank being so nervous and scolding everyone that he showed irritation. We came for holidays in Ronda and it ruined the wonderful image of the city. Products average to bad. Even the jamon was the worst I tried in Andalusia. I am very sorry to charge it to the hotel.

This hotel is in the centre of Ronda, from there you can walk everywhere. |We had a double room which was a good size room and a lovely bathroom. They were both spotless. |The hotel has a private parking, which we used as there’s nowhere to park unless you’re a resident. |The staff were very nice and helpful. |We enjoyed our stay, thank you.
