I arrived quite late due to a flight delay and the hotel was open and really welcoming to me after 6 hours of travel. I enjoyed the hot tubs and saw the lovely pool my kids would enjoy! They’ve made a few updates of handles etc but decor is fairly dated. It was quiet and suited my short overnight stay and I slept really well in the very comfortable bed. No dining for bed this time but perhaps in future. Incredible layout for conferences and large tourist groups. Only downfall was trying to leave in the morning as the gate was not open so I had to go the wrong way out. Will return in a couple of weeks for another work trip.

We stayed for 3 nights. The pros: the rooms were clean, the beds were very comfy, the staff are friendly and helpful, plenty of free parking, good location (equidistant from the restaurant district and the Redwoods). The pool and hot tubs were good. The cons: it looks quite worn, the buffet breakfast was terrible (cold, basic, no atmosphere) and the lounge area had no atmosphere at all. We had food and beverage credit and didn't spend all of it as it wasn't appealing at all. On balance we really enjoyed our stay and would stay again - we don't like eating at hotels anyway.

The overall stay is pleasant, we have a deluxe room which have two queen to king bed, the space is okay. However, The shower water pressure is not strong enough, it would be great if they provide some plates and more utensils ( like forks, spoons and bread knife), as they only provide coffee service. The view from the room is stunning. We enjoyed our stay. Thank you.

Our stay was great and location was convinent. Staff was always friendly and helpful. Pools and spa were good. Gym was outdated. We ate at the restaurant one of the 2 nights we stayed, service by an Indian lady was top notch the whole night. Food was 2.5/5. I recommend the stay there not the food there.

The service was perfect. The welcome was magical and very comforting. We loved everything about this hotel. It was warm and inviting, the pool was heated even at night when it was very cold outside. The restaurant was exceptional the morning. The room service was spotless. We will probably return. Thank you for this experience in Rotorua from Nouméa, New Caledonia

Simple, clean and comfortable hotel on Fenton Street in Rotorua. We thoroughly enjoyed the heated pool and spa during our stay. There is plenty of parking available, and we even made use of their free electric vehicle charging. Great helpful front desk!

Great location, nice and clean. Wonderful room service, clean towels, beds remade. Handy carpark. Pool was lovely and warm. Could do with some chairs around the pool. Overall a great stay.
