It was an incredible experience. I have fibromyalgia and my body is easily stressed, but I slept very well once I figured out how to use the sleeping bag properly. Pros: * Good quality of sleep * Food was delicious, we ate at the kota restaurant * Rooms were beautiful * Perfect views for northern lights * Snow sauna and jacuzzi were a highlight, super fun despite having to walk briefly in the cold in a robe! * New lounge area for overnight guests with lockers big enough for multiple bags * Service staff made us feel welcome Cons * Everything is so expensive * While the facilities are lovely, there is very little privacy and at times I felt like I was staying in a hostel. This is more of a personal preference thing.

Such a cool experience - definitely a must (to try once). We did the Chill&Dine experience with snow sauna. It is colddddddd so dress accordingly. We did get to see a little Aurora lights action, too! The dinner was yummy, the service at dinner was good, and the restaurant is gorgeous. They also provide a tour of the ice facilities which was very cool! The sauna experience was cool, too! You get to take advantage of the snow sauna, the regular sauna, and the outdoor Jacuzzi - all great and we enjoyed it. Hugo (who helped us with the sauna experience) was awesome! Afterwards, we went to the Sky Bar to have a drink while we waited for us transport - bartender was kind and helpful (and it was very warm in there - strongly recommend)!.

We visited the Snow Hotel for a tour and dinner in the Ice Restaurant. It was a once in a lifetime experience! The guide was super nice and it was very interesting to hear how the hotel is built every year. We could look at all the rooms and roam around, taking it all in. The guide also showed us how the snow sauna works, which was really interesting. The artwork is so beautiful and we had the best time exploring everything. We also had a drink in the ice bar out of little ice glasses. The dinner in the ice restaurant was absolutely delicious and an experience on it’s own. The staff was so nice and helpful, we really enjoyed our whole trip there.

A once in a lifetime experience. Absolutely incredible and all of the staff were amazing and very friendly and helpful. We decided to stay longer than we had booked and there was no problem. It was our last night and we got to see the northern lights so we were delighted we stayed longer until it got dark. The snow hotel is beautiful and the artwork is just incredible. Highly recommend!

Arctic SnowHotel & Glass Igloos it was truly a once-in-a-lifetime experience. From the moment we arrived, the entire place felt magical completely surrounded by snow, beautifully crafted ice structures, and a peaceful Arctic vibe. The sauna experience was a highlight. The traditional Finnish sauna was deeply relaxing, and stepping out into the cold afterward was refreshing and energizing. The snow sauna added a unique twist.it’s not something you get to experience everywhere. The outdoor jacuzzi in the cold weather made it even more memorable.

Fantastic stay in the igloo, rooms were clean and comfortable. Finnish spa, outdoor jacuzzi and snow spa was nice. It was Regarding certain costs, it’s best to clarify a few times. Super easy to contact reception via mobile phone from room. On the 2nd night, the snow on the glass was not cleared or melted despite requesting for it. That could have been better as the snowing stopped.

Sometimes weather conditions can affect how quickly we’re able to clear the snow, but we do our best to maintain it. We stayed in one of the glass igloos and paid about €600/night expecting the experience and the views advertised. On the second day, snow completely covered the entire glass roof (despite the claim that the glass would melt snow) so we had no view or chance to see the northern lights. No one came to clear it. Room cleaning service was nonexistent. We explicitly went to the front desk and asked for basic service — empty the bin and change towels for the second night. The staff member (Conchi) said they were busy and asked us to put the “please clean” sign on the window. We did that, and still nobody came. We returned to the desk again and again received no follow-up. For the price we paid, this is unacceptable. Food was also very disappointing. The dinner buffet had poor quality and very limited choice. Breakfast wasn’t properly restocked — once items like the salmon were gone, they were not replenished. Overall the food felt cheap for the high price. Extremely poor value for money. Beautiful concept, but the basics — clearing the glass, room cleaning, decent food and staffing — are not being delivered. I do not recommend staying here.
