A very clean and comfortable hotel with an excellent location, right next to the Cathedral. The breakfast was very complete and offered a great variety of options. Another big plus is the private garage, which is very convenient if you are traveling by car. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this hotel!

Exceptional service and top notch facility. Truly a 4 star experience. Besides the overly soft pillows, all other amenities were perfect. Shower, tub, mattresses, size of the room, perfect light and windows. Completely soundproof. A great breakfast buffet with all the trimmings. We think the breakfast area was a bit drab lacking windows or plants, needs color. Parking beneath the building was an added benefit, we paid the 21€ gladly. Location in the historic center and comfort of this hotel makes it the best option in all of Salamanca. Highly recommended!

The location is great, the hotel is very nice and the rooms nice and clean. The night receptionist who welcomed us was also very nice. The breakfast is excellent. However, there is no coffee or tea makers in the rooms and no place to get a simple coffee, when I tried to buy one they told me at the reception that I had to pay for the whole buffet even if I wanted just a coffee, weird…. Had to walk two blocks to get one in a local cafeteria.

Wonderful hotel and awesome location to visit the sites of Salamanca. Easy walking distance to all the major attractions in the city. Our room had a wonderful view of the cathedra all lit up at night. Easy elevator access directly to the parking garage. We would definitely stay there again.

The price was steep for the arrival that we had. Upon arrival the lady in the front desk held us for 30+ minutes with just one guest in line in front of us who was just doing the check in. After that the process of check in was super slow for us as well. She told us we could go to our room after a lot of beaurocracy and when we got there a member of the cleaning staff told us the room wasnt ready yet. She went inside for a minute and told us to get in. She was mumbling that miscommunication was leading to these sort of event daily. The parking was 21€ per night and breakfast was included in our price but found out that it couldve been cheaper if we had got it upon arrival 13€ instead of our pre-purchased price 17€. The location was fantastic right by the cathedral but we had inside views and didnt really get a nice sight from the window. We loved the city and overall the hotel looked clean and had good materials. Nevertheless the devil is in the details...

We found this place through our Rick Steves guidebook. The staff were friendly and helpful, our room was spotlessly clean, the cathedral view was grand, and the location was perfect. I’d go back to Salamanca just to stay at this hotel. Que bien!!

Staying in such a beautiful building updated in the most beautifully designed interior, in the most beautiful town in Spain is an absolute privilege and we can't recommend it highly enough. There was absolutely nothing to be disappointed with. The breakfast was wonderful and even though my wife requires Gluten & Lactose free food we were both delighted with what was available. The building was a little difficult to find but worth the effort.
