⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Amazing hotel and an amazing experience! We came with a group of around 50 people, and they welcomed all of us like it was no problem at all. The staff was incredibly friendly, helpful, and accommodating. Some of the best customer service we’ve experienced! The coffee was great, the pool area was awesome, and it’s a perfect place for families with kids. Even with such a large group, they made us feel comfortable and welcomed the entire time. Great people, great atmosphere, and great hospitality. Definitely a 5-star stay, and we would absolutely come back!

This is the best experience I've got so far in similar budget hotels. Clean, welcoming, smiling staff, and very helpful. Especially Briana. In terms of quality/price ratio, I really don't see how they can do things better. When I read some of the reviews here I thought twice about coming but then decided to go on and try the experience. Free huge parking place (the place was full when we came and still found a parking spot with no problems. The rooms were very clean and comfortable bed. The rollaway was not the first day but Briana (again) acted swiftly to change it for us and we were fine. There is no breakfast and the area is not well served if you don't have a car so make plans to get snacks for the kids or order. There is a gas station adjacent to it with good options also for quick bites. Pool is good and setup is like a green oasis compact and so green. Never stayed at a budget hotel in the city with 7 washers and 7 dryers! Try it, you won't regret it...

Do not listen to any of the hate or poor comments. I would give this hotel 10 stars if I could. Place is very clean, super great staff and clean rooms. Maybe we got lucky but we didn’t see a single jitter. I was so scared booking this hotel because of the bad comments but I came to find none of them true. They have staff that are ready to assist you, unlimited supply of towels, clean rooms, clean pool and jacuzzi!! And also beautiful scenery..very well taken care of.

I had an amazing experience with my family in California Suites Hotel. The hotel is really nice, beautiful gardens, the room always clean, all the staff was kind and amazing, the swimming pool and jacuzzi were great (water not cold in the pool and hot water in the jacuzzi), always free parking, free coffee, water, tea & hot chocolate all day (really good). I would like to give a special recognition to all the hotel´s staff such as: Brianna, Juan, Angelina and Andres. Include the rest which don´t recall their names for such great customer service and attention to details to all their customers!! The location is good and close to many attractions. The rates are affordable and don´t regret staying at this hotel, despite the negative reviews :)

This is a nice hotel for the price. The pool and hot tub is lovely. I stayed in a non smoking room and it was very clean. I wish they had bowls and utensils in their kitchen area but it was cool that the room came with a fridge and microwave. Also covered parking. There is an attic door in one of my closets that’s kinda scary but that’s just because I’m a woman and I’ve seen Barbarian - I put a door in front of it at night and survived. At less than $100 a night, free parking, water station, and a nice pool/hot tub you can’t go wrong! Also pleasant front desk staff!

Overall liked my stay here. Really liked the pool and hot tub, nice garden and fountain courtyard area. I would like to clarify to other future guests that if you see online somewhere they have "breakfast", they don't (or atleast not at the time I was there) have food, they only had coffee/water/chocolate cocoa mix/etc. Not a big deal to me though, I made cocoa before heading out to local breakfast places. One thing I was unhappy with was the gate codes were changed without notifying guests, which left me stranded outside with a suspicious stranger that approached me. If not for that serious problem would have easily been 4/5 star.

We have been staying at this hotel on three occasions during this year. It’s very much worth the price. Very helpful and nice staff. As much as you can drink coffee in the lobby area all day. Ample parking. There is no restaurant at the hotel, but several restaurants in the area, my favorite is the STP burger place a full 50 meter walk to the east. There is also a 24 hour minimart beside the hotel. The pool area is not very big and it only has four sun beds, two tables with fixed benches and sunshade and about 5 chairs, During our last stay, we used the pool area 4 or 5 times, and it was newer a problem getting sun beds or chairs. |Avoid getting one of the rooms adjacent to the side entry’s. The hotels main entrance is closed during the night, and some people have the habit of slamming those metal gates shut. I will surely be staying there again for my next trip to the area.
