Just finished my family trip, this is a very nice, comfortable place. All services very well and staffs super friendly (this is my first time to stay). The food also very well (breakfast and room dining service). I am sure will comeback with my family in the next time. A pitty is while i stay, it's rain all until the last day when i leave, it's shinny.

We had a great stay in sheraton haitang bay. Pinky and Miki was so lovely to us. They took really great care of us. Even upgraded our room to a sea view one and allowed us late checkout, sent us fruits to our room and helped so much with the duty free discount infos. Really appreciate all the love we received. The hotel itself is great, Mu Lan photo studio did a great job as well. There are so many water bodies, youll enjoy it so much. And its just connected to the sea beach which is always a plus. You can have great sunrise views too💖 thank you again. We will return when we are in hainan again

We stayed for 1 night during our family trip in Sanya. The staff was welcoming and as a platinum member, an upgrade to 180° sea view room was provided. Unfortunately a family two bedroom suite was unavailable for that night. The hotel facility was well organized and a lot of activities are provided for the guests. The food is of high quality and a wide selection. Our room 6083 was beautiful and clean and the beds were comfortable. Some issues might include that the shower room drain was a big clogged, and the air conditioning was broken and the temperature couldn’t be adjusted to somewhere below 27 degrees Celsius. The breakfast place was extremely crowded, we had to make an appointment every morning to avoid the queue. Overal it was a nice stay and we will definitely come back in the future!

Don't come. The service was bad. This was the highlight of our trip. Flew across the world to stay here and visit. We had to leave early. Service: Bad Food: Mediocre at Best Location: Ok (Nothing around, no convenience stores. Bring everything you think you might possibly need, but really you shouldn't come) Cleanliness: Rooms were great, facilities terrible Kids facilities: NOTHING is included. The kids club is NOT a kids club. But a supervised playground you must stay at to chaperone. Pools: Not bad. They are OK, the kids splash pad is damaged and very tired. The other pools are OK. Don't expect the staff to help you. This was a very disappointing stay for us. We know Sheraton and have stayed at many Sheratons both personally and as a family. I Highly recommend you DO NOT BOOK this hotel.

We had a wonderful family stay at the hotel. The room and facilities were very clean, the location was convenient, and the service was excellent. Staff were polite and always ready to help. The amenities were great and made our stay comfortable and enjoyable. We would definitely come back again.

We stayed at the Sheraton during Easter holidays for 3 nights. Miki the manager was very warm, friendly & paid a lot of attention to the small things to make our stay really enjoyable - toys to play in the pool, gifts for the kids whilst departing & always helping out if we needed anything. Pinkey, udyan, Alisha & so many other members made our stay very comfortable as we had dietary restrictions & a lot of the chefs at Feast made sure there was food prepared separately for us & translated where needed. We tried to order a few items on ******* for the kids but couldn’t open the pick up locker & so the staff called customer service and explained and made sure we could access the locker or called where the delivery was on another occasion.I would highly recommend the hotel not only for the rooms but also the staff that made all the difference when we didn’t speak any Chinese.

Location is great. Just a short walk to Haitang68. Other than that, it's better to splurge a little more for another resort. Hotel is older and the room present itself as such. Most of the outlets have not been updated and does not work. The walls show most of its wear and tear over the years, and their neglects to maintain. Even the bath towels show it wear beyond its retirements........Services from the staffs are ok. Nothing bad to say but not exceptional as well.

The hotel itself is not bad, but as we were there on a family vaccination (with kids), I can say that the hotel rooms aren't clean enough, especially the bathrooms. We stayed there for 9 nights but they didn't change our bedding even once, even though I'd exclusively request since we had kids. The kids room, headboard and table were in really bad condition, all peeled up and stained. The hotel doesn't really offer much except the pools (no rides or fun activities,had to go to other resorts). Oh, and there is a travel photography they offer, they say 5 free photos and pay the extra photos, well when it comes to the extra photos they will rip you off (pay thousands for photos).
