I had a fantastic stay at the Sheraton São Paulo WTC Hotel. The rooms were comfortable, the service was top-notch, and the restaurant and bar offered great experiences. I particularly enjoyed the live music in the evenings, and everything was impeccably clean. A special shoutout to Lucas Matos—he exemplifies exceptional service. Always smiling and ready to help, he went above and beyond when I accidentally damaged my shirt while ironing. It’s crew members like Lucas that truly elevate the experience. Highly recommend this hotel!

Sheraton São Paulo WTC Hotel is very well-located in the heart of the Berrini business district, giving excellent access to corporate offices, shopping, and convention space. It offers premium amenities, including a 24-hour gym, outdoor pool with a bar, in-room spa services, and even a helipad — plus it's connected to a mall with 20+ food and retail options. On the downside, breakfast is an extra cost, valet parking isn’t cheap, and while it's close to Congonhas airport, it’s quite far from Guarulhos, which can make international arrivals less convenient.

The concierge team is truly top of the line. A special thank you to Carolina, Thiago, and Bruna for their outstanding service. They are a big part of the reason I continue to stay at this hotel. Their professionalism, attention to detail, and willingness to help are exceptional. Every staff member goes out of their way to assist guests and make them feel welcome. Renato, the bellman, is always there to help during each of my stays. He is fantastic and has an incredible attitude that reflects the hotel's commitment to service excellence. I would also like to recognize Renan Felipe at reception. He is amazing—friendly, professional, and always willing to assist with a smile. This hotel consistently delivers outstanding hospitality, and the staff are what make it truly special.

I have a total of almost 900 nights since 1999 with Marriott and this is the best hotel I have stayed. Not just a beautiful property that is convenient to everything in São Paulo but the service is the simply the best. From Renato greeting me every morning at the front door to the fantastic service from Djalma, Bruno, Natalie and Allison at the restaurant and the great bar staff. I have now stayed 4 times at this restaurant and I would highly recommend to anyone coming to São Paulo for business or pleasure.

I have stayed at the Sheraton WTC several times, and I liked it. This time not, room 1110 is not comparable to the other rooms I stayed in before. It has no desk to work, just a small table with two uncomfortable chairs. A worn old small sofa that badly needs replacement. The same for the coffee table. There is a fridge on a pedestal??? See the picture. There are plenty of similarly priced hotels close by…next time I go there.

This is my 8th time coming to this hotel in business and I love the location and the service the team there provides. The restaurant onsite, DOK has very friendly staff and good food. However, although they serve several traditional desserts, I am disappointed that they don’t have papaya cream as this is one of the most traditional Brazilian desserts. I really wish they would just add it to the menu at the restaurant and also room service menu. I will be back!
