What I liked: • Staff was friendly. • Room is large. • Breakfast was served at a nice indoor terrace. I liked the watermelon, papaya, pineapple, yogurt, and avocado milk. Disliked:• customer service. Unfortunately there was construction going on outside which lasted well past midnight. I understand that’s not the hotels fault but they should have switched my room to the other side of building as per my request. Instead the front desk told me that the hotel was fully booked. • I had the “do not clean my room” sign on the doorknob but housekeeping still came into my room to change the towels. My towels weren’t on the floor which meant —＞ do not change my towels. We need to save the earth, right? • In my well-experienced opinion, this really isn’t a 4-star hotel … i say it’s a 3-star business hotel.

Feedback for management on poor experience: The key cards are unreliable and become deactivated or misconfigured far too easily. During our stay, we had to return to the lobby on four separate occasions to have different key cards reprogrammed. This level of inconvenience is not acceptable and significantly detracted from our experience. The hotel should address this issue to ensure guests can access their rooms without repeated disruptions.

excellent location, enjoyed a renovated room on 14 th floor with smart tv and good comfort except the fact there is no double pane windows as this can be noisy. breakfast is ok but not incredible , sauna is very poor and cold max 60 c , and swimming pool needs to be renovated ( no bath towels available ! ) staff for the breakfast was ok

A nice hotel that is well situated near Paulista Avenue.|Check in was very slow as there was noone available that spoke English or even attempted to and we were unable to access our room despite arriving at 7 in the morning until 2pm.|Breakfast was good and we had a clean and reasonably sized room. Tea/coffee making facilities and complimentary water would have enhanced our stay.

A reasonably priced hotel in a very central location, easy to reach with public services and Uber. The surrounding area is walkable and full of restaurants and services. The internal restaurant allows you to eat without even leaving the premises. My room provided a real working area. There is a small rooftop swimming pool, enough to relax.

Fantastic hotel with great amenities. The little gym and pool on the rooftop are great. Staff super friendly and the rooms very comfortable. I would recommend!

Spacious but old room, however the room being old never caused any problems. The night was quiet, and the breakfast at that place is very very good, with a lot to choose from!

I stayed at this hotel just over a year ago and had a wonderful experience. The accommodations were comfortable, the staff was attentive, and the overall atmosphere was very welcoming. Everything about my stay was exceptional. One suggestion I have is to offer more vegan-friendly food options. It would be a fantastic addition to an already excellent experience. Highly recommend this hotel!
