We stayed here for a night to start off a road trip going down the coast. The front desk staff were very helpful and friendly, they even helped us get checked in a little earlier to help our schedule out and saved us some money in the process. The doorman was also exceptionally friendly everytime we saw him and gave us a great pizza recommendation. Our room was spacious and bed was comfortable, the shower was fantastic. There was road noise/city noise but that is to be expected from the location, not the fault of the hotel. Speaking of location, you couldn't find a better place to stay. You are so close to at least two full days worth of activities within walking distance. Didn't try the coffee bar/restaurant but everyone was friendly and there were great free smells! Would definitely recommend. If the rooms are in your price range and you can tolerate a little city noise absolutely stay here. Really felt at home and comfortable here.

The staff was very friendly, greeting us even when we walked through the lobby. The room was larger and very clean. The location was perfect, within walking distance of several sites within the city. I would stay again anytime I am back in the Seattle.

We loved our stay! The staff was very accommodating in every way. We got a gift basket in our room upon arrival with some Jones soda, almonds and chocolate. Robert, Dylan and Brian were the best! Parking wasn't great being down town seattle but we did the valet service and they had our car ready whenever we needed it at all times of night and day. We were having trouble with our Canadian credit cards and the staff were so patient with us. They made us feel very welcomed and went above and beyond in every way! I highly recommend this place and I will be coming back in the future!

I adore this hotel and have been staying here when I travel to Seattle for work. The staff is exceptionally friendly and make me feel at home. Rickey at the front desk is a true gem; so warm, kind, and helpful - he event sent up tea and an electric kettle when I wasn't feeling well. John Paul in the Bookstore bar is hilarious and friendly, and all the valet people are fantastic too. I love the old Seattle charm of the hotel; I like that it feels like the "old" Seattle we all love and miss. Highly recommend!

We stayed here for 2 nights whilst visiting Seattle. |Pros:|* Very comfy bed! Great mattress and pillows.|* The room was a great size. Lots of space for all of our luggage. |* The room was clean and well maintained during our brief stay.|* The location was perfect for us. A short walk to the waterfront and Pike Place market. |* The reception team were very helpful and friendly. Shoutout to Rickey who welcomed us to warmly to our stay. Room for improvement:|* My only nit pick on this hotel was that the air con unit was noisy when it powered up during the night. We quickly got used to this but it did wake us a couple of times. Overall, this was a fantastic place to stay in the heart of Seattle and I'd recommend it others looking for a base to use whilst exploring this great city!

My partner and I had a wonderful stay. We stayed here for our anniversary vacation and once Noble at the front desk was made aware of that he upgraded our room. That was very generous of him and we greatly appreciate it! The room was amazing. Ricky at the front desk was also very kind and helpful and so was the two gentleman we interacted with for valet, Scott and Robert. Thank you to the friendly staff who made our stay even more enjoyable!

The hotel is a restored and renovated property within walking distance of Seattles central landmarks. I arrived later then expected and was cordially greeted by the friendly staff. Noble upgraded my stay to an enormous suite for which I am grateful. The room styling has all the modern furnishings while maintaining an "American gothic" aesthetic. The coffee in the morning was nice to have on the way out.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Our stay at the Alexis Royal Sonesta Hotel was absolutely wonderful from beginning to end. The hotel is beautiful, full of character, and perfectly located for enjoying everything Seattle has to offer. Our room was spotless, comfortable, and beautifully designed—it felt like a relaxing retreat after a full day in the city. What truly made the experience stand out, though, was the staff. Everyone we encountered was friendly, welcoming, and genuinely committed to making our stay special. The combination of exceptional service, a beautiful room, outstanding cleanliness, and an unbeatable location made this one of our favorite hotel experiences. The Alexis Royal Sonesta will absolutely be our first choice the next time we visit Seattle. Five stars without hesitation!
