From all the hotels I visited during me recently trip to Spain, this is the one I would highly recommend. Ample and clean rooms, the most beautiful view from your balcony (just gorgeous) but I would really highlight the staff. Incredibly welcoming and friendly, happy to provide tips, advice distances and always great with a smile.

The Hotel ELE Acueducto is a fantastic place to stay in Segovia. We stayed in room 306 on April 2026. It had a balcony with an incredible view of the iconic Aqueduct of Segovia—the scenery was absolutely phenomenal. The room and bathroom were both spacious and very comfortable, making our stay even more enjoyable. The hotel also offers a restaurant and a breakfast area with a great variety of food, perfect to start your day. One of the best parts is the location—everything is within walking distance. The farthest we walked was about 21 minutes to the stunning Alcázar of Segovia. Highly recommend Hotel ELE Acueducto for anyone visiting Segovia!

The location is great for seeing the town. You are on the doorstep of all of it and we had a good view from our room of the viaduct. It is near the bustops but this is not a problem and the triple glazing meant no noise in the room at night. There are a wealth of restaurants and bars within 2 mins walk (also a Burger King and McDonalds should you want). Parking - is very close. I did send an email to the hotel to enquire how it works but got no reply. You park in the public car park right outside the hotel and then the hotel give you a discount card, one for each night you stay. Take the card you got when you enter, present it at the payment station, then present your discount card. Then you will be allowed out. Welcome was efficient and friendly. The room is VERY tired. Our room faced the main road so we had a good view of Segovia. Bed, we asked for twin but got a double, too tired to bother changing rooms. The bed was firm, which we like but pillows were bolster style, which is not good for sharing. Luckily there was a spare in the cupboard so we could have one each. Fridge in the room which was useful. The decoration in the bedroom is dated and shabby but it is the bathroom which is from about 1950s and really needs to be updated. Shower over bath not very good and took a while for the water to come through but it functioned. The walls are paper thin and you can hear EVERYTHING through the wall (not a place for a honeymoon I would suggest). There is no rooftop bar which was one of the attractions but there was plenty to do elsewhere. There is no safe in the room and the air conditioning is so loud you can't really have it on and try to sleep. Overall if you want just a stop on travels this is OK but for no more than one night.

Very few staff members spoke English, and communication was often difficult. Additionally, a pack of gum was stolen from our room. The water pressure in the toilet was extremely poor, and the air conditioning stopped working during our stay. The replacement solution provided for the A/C issue was inadequate and unhygienic. The breakfast selection was very limited, and the room view consisted only of the wall of another building, despite expectations otherwise. Upon arrival in our double room, only one blanket was provided. When we requested an additional blanket, we were given one that had a cigarette burn hole in it.

I liked the location it was at, very convenient. The staffs were friendly too. The room was also clean and was organized well.

Overpriced: Mattresses are low quality. Breakfast is not worth it. Air conditioning is loud. While on the phone it seemed ok to use our discount code, when we arrived they charged us the full amount and didn't make any effort to reimburse the difference, although the code was perfectly valid.

This hotel is perfectly located for visiting Segovia. The views of the aqueduct are wonderful. However, the hotel is in serious need of renovation. In addition to the shabby decor in our room, the bathroom was in a very bad state. Also, it is very expensive to park so best not to come by car. We would normally be quite happy with such a hotel but the price was too high for the standard offered. We have paid much less in many other places in Spain for much better quality.
