Orange Hotel Select (Shanghai Tianzifang Xietu Road)

Orange Hotel Shanghai Xujiahui Damuqiao Road is situated at No. 14, Branch Lane 20, Lane 103, Damuqiao Road, Xuhui District, Shanghai (No. 1227 XieTu Road). In April 2025, the hotel completed the renovation of its lobby, restaurant, laundry room, gym, and some guest rooms, upgrading them to the Orange 3.0 product standard.

In the design of the new-generation Orange Hotel 3.0, the ground-level space is almost entirely encircled by glass curtain walls, offering a transparent and open appearance that conveys a strong sense of inclusivity and warmth even before guests step inside. The lobby also features a self-check-in kiosk near the front desk, enabling some guests to conveniently and privately complete their check-in procedures using technology, thereby avoiding potential social discomfort. Additionally, shared long tables, various seating areas, and a self-service tea station are provided to ensure guests can comfortably attend to their needs.

In terms of color scheme, the new-generation Orange Hotel adopts orange, green, and earth tones as the primary hues for its spaces. Orange not only echoes the hotel's name but also exudes vitality and energy, infusing the space with fun and symbolizing boundless possibilities, aligning perfectly with the hotel's "LOHAS (Lifestyles of Health and Sustainability)" theme. In the public areas of the new-generation Orange Hotel, orange manifests in whimsical and bold forms, such as seat backrests, front desk partitions, and wall panels, creating a friendly, humorous, and vibrant atmosphere. Green, the natural color of orange leaves, is used in carpets, cabinet linings, and accessories throughout the hotel's public areas, harmonizing beautifully with orange. Moreover, abundant green plants are incorporated, transforming the space into a serene and lively greenhouse-like environment.

Besides the vivid orange and soothing green, earth tones also play a significant role in the interior design. Compared to the lively orange and green, earth tones evoke a sense of calmness and tranquility, providing guests with a much-needed respite and comfort during their travels or when they need to engage in deep contemplation.
