Google· 2 months agoWe had a wonderful stay! This hotel is a peaceful sanctuary in Tamarindo with amazingly tranquil lush gardens, pools, and waterfalls. The owners and manager made us feel right at home and gave us the best recommendations for tours and restaurants during our visit. Villa #17 was spacious with a large bedroom and double closets, a living and dining area, fully equipped kitchen and laundry room and an incredible outdoor shower with luxurious organic bath products. Every detail in the design of the hotel and rooms, the gorgeous and sweet smelling jasmine, plumeria and ylang ylang trees and the beautiful pools is carefully planned. It's a few minutes walk from the main street that runs through the town lined with stores, restaurants and the beach. We left completely recharged and are already planning our next visit!

Google· 5 months agoThis place was so great! Tamarindo can sometimes be busy and congested with a lot of people and traffic and noise, and this hotel is perfectly positioned to be just outside of the fray but close to everything. It's really quiet and calm, and I loved that there were two pools. Our room was clean and comfortable. A/C and internet worked well. The staff is friendly and super helpful. We would definitely stay again!

Google· Edited 8 months agoFrom the moment we walked into Tamarindo Bay Boutique Hotel, we were absolutely blown away. The property is incredibly romantic and beautiful. it was the perfect place to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary. When we arrived at our private romantic villa for two, we were greeted with champagne waiting for us on ice a truly thoughtful and special touch that made us feel so celebrated. The privacy was unmatched, and the outdoor shower was hands down the highlight of our stay such a unique and unforgettable experience. The hotel has two pools, and the one closest to our villa was so quiet that it honestly felt like we had our own private pool. Having a washer and dryer in the villa was another huge plus, especially for drying towels and clothes it made everything so convenient and comfortable. The location is perfect. The property and neighborhood are close to everything: the beach, restaurants, and shops. We felt completely safe walking around on our own, even at midnight. The nightly security patrol throughout the property added an extra layer of peace of mind. The cherry on top was the manager, Marie. She was absolutely amazing so welcoming, attentive, and genuinely caring. From greeting us to checking in on us and helping with anything we needed, she truly made our stay extra special. Lastly, I highly recommend using the hotel’s transportation from the airport. The drivers went above and beyond, and the ride itself was enjoyable and smooth. It made arriving and departing completely stress-free. We couldn’t recommend Tamarindo Bay Boutique Hotel enough. It was romantic, peaceful, safe, and truly unforgettable. We can’t wait to come back! Thank you for everything!

Tripadvisor· 6 months agoThe hotel was in a perfect location, we walked everywhere and we had such a relaxing vacation. The staff here are so caring and attentive, the room was spotless with all amenities, the upstairs deck was perfect for enjoying the sunrise and the pool area was refreshing. We liked being able to enjoy the common area with a smaller group of adults and most times, had it to ourselves. |The staff had not only great local recommendations but also assisted us in excursions and ride service. If we came back to Tamarindo we would hands down choose Tamarindo Bay Hotel again!

Google· 7 months agoWe stayed here 6 nights and it was fabulous. The room was clean, spacious and the finishes were extremely well maintained. The kitchenette was equipped enough prepare small breakfasts and lunches. The pool lounge areas were well maintained and it was like staying at a spa. You could walk 5 minutes to the beach in the morning or evening and spend the day relaxing by the pool, away from the commotion of a busy beach town. This was one of the most relaxing vacations we have ever had. The service is impeccable. Marie was fantastic and very responsive. I thought she owned the place because she was so attentive. She recommended restaurants, arranged transportation and provided flexibility on our check out. We are definitely coming back next year

Google· 7 months agoA peaceful oasis in the heart of Tamarindo. Walking distance to all. A cozy/homey feel with shared space to meet other travelers. Rooms are extremely well maintained and sparkling clean, including a well stocked kitchen. If you are looking for luxury in a beach town - look no further. Staff checks in with you throughout the stay and assists with reservations, transportation, local tips, etc. Full time security including night guard. Don't miss sunrise from the pool - or from your bed if you leave your curtain open.

Google· 9 months agoI had such a wonderful, relaxing experience here! This immaculate and beautifully designed property had everything I needed with very attentive and friendly staff. I especially loved lounging in the sun by the tranquil waterfall feature pool, surrounded by lush greenery. I also enjoyed relaxing on the day bed in front of the other pool, soaking in the zen music in the comfortable rancho! I was also lucky to share some of my time with a beautiful Iguana and a chirpy woodpecker who had taken up residence in the grounds. I will definately be returning. It’s truly a little slice of paradise!

Google· 7 months agoWe spent 6 days at Tamarindo Bay Boutique Hotel on our honeymoon and would love to stay again. Great location with everything in Tamarindo within walking distance, but also away from the main strip enough that it feels very private. Rooms are large and clean and the lot is maintained very well with a friendly and helpful staff. The main entrance is on a side road but there is a backdoor access that allows you a quicker route directly onto the main street. This place is perfect for a couple looking for peace and quiet.
