My wife and I usually spend a night in Tel Aviv when we visit Israel, which is often. Our usual place was not available so we took a chance on the Crown Plaza at the Azrielli Center. We were not disappointed. The hotel staff were excellent. We felt welcome the second we walked in until we left the following day. Because of my status they gave us a discounted rate to upgrade to a larger corner room which was fantastic with incredible views of Tel Aviv. The room was clean and very comfortable as were the beds. The bathroom was large with a separate bath and shower. Breakfast was great. Manager even came over to introduce herself and welcome us and recognize my status which I really appreciated. I highly recommend this hotel. It is located in a Mall complex and is a short walk from the Sarona Market area which is trendy, young and hopping at night. The only negative is that the hotel is a mile or two from the beach, but a quick taxi, bus, train to light rail.

Such a nice hotel! Everything new and spotless, the room designed with a good taste. It's not big, but you have there everything you need, including bath robes, sleepers, coffee machine and wine glasses... We had a room with a shower and a bathtub both. The view from the window is just great! My kid likes skyscrapers and he was in love with our view from the windows. The service is slow, but good. The atmosphere in the hotel is calm, we didn't feel for a moment that it was sold out. I loved a breakfast there very much. Dinner room is big and bright, with wonderful view, the food is various and very tasty. I will miss it. The pool is not suitable for kids, so we haven't been there. But after all it was a great stay. Thanks

The Crowne Plaza Tel Aviv City Center is an excellent hotel for both business trips and vacations. But while you’ll likely choose a beachfront location for a vacation (where there’s also a Crowne Plaza), this hotel is the best choice for getting things done in Tel Aviv and the surrounding area. It’s conveniently located at the crossroads of all major routes—you can reach it from the airport by train in 12 minutes, and buses depart from Azrieli to both the north and the south.|At the entrance, I was greeted by a great team at the reception desk. Thank you, Or, for your work. Since this was my first visit to the Crowne Plaza, they upgraded my room for free. Oh yes! The room was magnificent, with a large bathroom, free bottled water every day, coffee and tea, slippers and robes, and everything you’d expect from a 5-star hotel.|The breakfasts were also excellent—I couldn’t find a single thing to complain about. After my stay at the Hotel Balkan in Belgrade, the first thing I paid attention to was the breakfast area. And once again, I was reminded of how much Israelis care about health and safety. To get to the food, you had to climb two wide steps. And even those had handrails. But for those respected hotel guests who have difficulty going up or down even these low and safe steps, there’s a gentle ramp! Simply brilliant! |The hotel has everything you need for business meetings and conferences—a conference was actually taking place there during my stay, and the breakfast area is so large that they simply set aside the back half for the conference participants. There’s also a lobby bar with drinks, tables, and sofas. Very convenient!|In short, the Crowne Plaza Tel Aviv City Center is an excellent, modern place to stay for those visiting Tel Aviv on business. Plus, it’s not far by bus from Dizengoff and the beaches. I really liked it—I felt safe and at ease in the calm atmosphere.

We had a very enjoyable stay at Crowne Plaza City Center. The upgraded room was spacious, comfortable, and beautifully appointed. I was particularly impressed by the cleanliness of the room, which was maintained to a very high standard throughout our stay. The hotel was comfortable, well located, and the overall experience was excellent. We would be happy to stay here again

This is an amazing place to stay, convenient connectivity to all work places, commercial establishments, beaches etc., it offers great breakfast i absolutely liked my morning meal. Please add a modest healthy meal option for dinner, especially for foreign guests who visit for work. It will greatly improve our convenience.

I have stayed at this property many times. Boy, has it gone downhill. The location is great so I still come here, but there are lots of problems, the biggest being that I've had to beg them to honor my Diamond Status with IHG. I showed them the proof that I'm Diamond (the letter from IHG saying "Congratulations! You've earned Diamond Status" and they said, well, in our opinion, you're Platinum. No evidence. No justification. I was not allowed to speak to the general manager. I finally gave up. So no, don't expect them to honor your IHG status. If you want to be near the train station and aren't very particular about room quality, food quality, or housekeeping, then this wouldn't be a bad choice. Otherwise, there are better choices including in the IHG family.

The services, condition of the room and the quality of the breakfast were very good. However, when I made multiple phone calls to the hotel from Japan to inquire about my reservation, the response every time was to be honest terrible. Typically, the hotel staff who picked up the phone would transfer me to another person and that person transfers me to another, each saying that he/she is not responsible for reservation. Often, in the end, my call just got hung up. I strongly suggest that an improvement of all your staff members on how to respond to telephone calls be made immediately.
