I stayed in the hotel on Yom Kippur, during the registration and pre payment nothing was mentioned about not providing breakfast which was included in the room price.|When i checked in i was provided with breakfast box instead which reminded me the army personal food. :|Dry bread, two cooked aggs, marmalade and cereal without yoghurt or milk.|On checkout they refused to refund the missing breakfasts.|Don't thrust this chain!

We stayed at Hotel Vital as a family. While the room was clean and tidy, the breakfast was very basic and disappointing. There was no working coffee machine and no fresh omelettes available, making the morning meal feel quite limited.

I stayed at this hotel for the second time (the first time was at the beginning of the war in October 2023 - there were protected spaces on every floor, even though the hotel is floors 4 and 5 and the breakfast floor is 12; there was water and snacks everywhere). Everything is great and clean, the rooms are nice, and you can’t hear neighbors through the walls or from the hallway. The only thing that bothered me was the fridge humming at night (the staff knows about this issue). I just unplugged it :) Check-in starts at 3 p.m., and the reception can get busy at that time. If your room isn’t ready yet, they can give you access to the lounge on the 12th floor (there’s coffee, snacks, and magazines, and the view of Tel Aviv is beautiful). Housekeeping is very friendly, the receptionists are patient, and the restaurant staff is pleasant. Breakfast (7–10 a.m., including Saturday) is classic Mediterranean: vegetables, fish and cheese, boiled and scrumble eggs, a large capsule coffee machine that I figured out easily, juices, and desserts - the cafeteria is very quiet and clean. But on Saturday the coffee machine doesn’t work, there’s no porridge, and the only hot dishes are boiled eggs and quiche. Keep that in mind (although in the room you have a capsule espresso machine, there’s another one at reception, or you can go down to the mall for a hot coffee if that matters to you) Really liked it, definitely recommend.

Didnt like when they try to send my mom away at 11 morning on Shabbat day ... all the hotels in Israel approve to stay until shabbat ends 18 with no extra charge thanks to our holly god but nooo in this hotel they dont approve they want extra 350 shekel like its a regular day and not shabbat which they already charging more on Fridays rather then every other day. Shame

Due to medical treatment ןמ Ichilov Hospital we stayed at Vital Hotel for about two weeks. The proximity to the hospital was a big plus for us. 1. The best feature of the hotel is the cleanliness. The rooms are clean, the toiletries are of high quality and the towels and robes are soft and cozy. |2. The staff is service minded, pleasant and polite. |3. Breakfast is ok, there is variety, although it is not possible to order dishes that are not on the buffet (such as omelettes etc). Tofu dishes can be ordered for vegan guests

About a month ago, I stayed at the Vital Hotel in Tel Aviv. This is either the fifth or sixth time I’ve stayed there. It is my “go to” hotel because of its central location, proximate to the Museum of Art, many shops and restaurants, Weizmann mall, the highway, and Ichilov Hospital (which I have not needed!). It is also very clean, with a friendly, helpful staff, excellent cleaning staff, very good bed linens, and a rich breakfast. I had made my reservation months in advance, but when I arrived at the hotel, found a bit of confusion about my room. With the help of Hezzie (spelling?) and one other male desk clerk, the confusion was cleared up and I was placed in a two room suite since the large room I had booked was unavailable. The suite was equally good as far as I was concerned, so I was quite happy. Hezzie made sure I was satisfied and took me up the executive lounge and prepared a decaf cappuccino for me; we sat and talked for awhile. As usual, breakfast each morning was very good with very fresh ingredients and ample choice of dishes. The hotel offers salad veggies, a good choice of breads, cheeses, jams, prepared eggs, smoked fish, and cookies/cake, among other things. I stayed for three days and saw that there were slight changes each day in what was offered. The exec lounge, to which I was entitled with my room rate, is quite spacious enough for the amount of hotel guests. It has comfortable seating including both tables and chairs and also some couches/easy chairs. It has a nice view out over Tel Aviv. There are refreshments on hand from after the time that breakfast finishes until late in the evening. It has never been crowded on any of my visits, so one can have a quiet conversation over coffee if a friend or relative comes to visit. I would highly recommend the Vital Hotel to anyone coming to visit Tel Aviv, especially with staff members such as Hezzie and the other young man at the front desk.

We had high expectations for our stay, especially given the price, but unfortunately, it fell short in several ways. When we first entered the room, there was a strong, unpleasant odor. On closer inspection, we found a long strand of hair and what appeared to be pubic hair on the bed — which was quite off-putting, especially as we’re two men with shaved heads. The couch was also in poor condition, with visible rips in the fabric. At breakfast, we asked for a cappuccino and were told it wasn’t available due to Shabbat. While we absolutely respect that, it would’ve been helpful to have that noted in the booking details or at check-in — as we naturally expected a full breakfast experience, including coffee, as part of our stay. On a more positive note, the spa was lovely and clearly well-maintained, and the staff were polite throughout. The breakfast itself was average. Overall, while there were a few good elements, the lack of cleanliness and the limited breakfast offering made it feel overpriced. With a few improvements, this could be a much better experience — but as it stands, I wouldn’t recommend it for the cost.
