excellent quality especially for the price point. service was great too. Only thing to note is that it is located a decent walk south of the main city of Toledo - but we found this to be a benefit, since the best view of the entire city (overlooking the city from above) is right near the hotel, and then you can just walk down into the actual city from there.

Affordable, well-located, easily accessible by car and by bus (Line 7.1), and just minutes' drive from all three viewpoints (Mirador de Toledo). The staff were friendly, helpful, and generous in allowing us to check in earlier than our expected arrival time. The double rooms we booked were clean and tidy. The ground floor had a public area with a vending machine and microwave, convenient for travelers to have a snack or simple dinner. The hotel offered both a buffet breakfast and pay-what-you-eat options. Although we left early in the morning and were unable to enjoy the breakfast there, I'm sure the quality of service would be as satisfying as our overall experience at this hotel.

We had a great stay at this hotel in Toledo. You do need to hop on a taxi or Bolt to reach the hotel from the train station as this is located on the top of the hill. We paid ~USD 10 for a taxi to go to the hotel and ~USD 7 to take a Bolt (local Uber) back to the station. It’s a good 15 min walk up/downhill to/from downtown, so if you like to walk, you get to enjoy the panoramic views; if walking is not an option, you will have to take a taxi/Bolt. We walked and it was quite nice. The staff was very kind - we arrived before the check in time and they allowed us to drop our bags, check in (get room card) but asked us not to go to the room yet as the cleaning staff was still working on it. So we left to see town. When we came back, the staff had already moved our luggage into our room. The bedroom was quite large, it is more spacious than you can tell by the pictures. The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom/shower was tight, however, it has everything you will need, including a towel warmer. We had good water pressure in the shower and had no issues with hot water. The hotel offers breakfast at an additional fee, we did not have breakfast there but it’s nice to have the option to eat right there, very convenient. Overall, our stay was short but very good. We paid a very reasonable price for the one night and thought we had great value. The views from the hotel are very beautiful. I’d recommend this hotel and would stay here again!

Excellent value. Spacious. No self service laundry, only morning housekeeping laundry service. Medium leaking of shower to behind the toilet, base silicone, bottom of shower and doors, and behind the toilet were a bit black moldy but better than other places. Walls are a bit thin and could hear other tv's, but generally quiet due to perhaps luck.

Our room at Hotel Los Cigarrales was spacious and clean, with a wonderful view of the city. The room was not recently updated, but offered everything we needed and was a good value. They offer a good buffet breakfast. The hotel is on the other side of the river, which meant a 30 minute walk. Reception was very helpful and we learned that there was a bus stop right outside the hotel, which made getting into the city very easy.

Fabulous accomodation in the beautiful city of Toledo. We stayed in a basic room with terrace with amazing views. Immaculately clean & very well presented. Great location for easy access to the old town either walking or public transport that was literally on the doorstep & very regular. Pool in season & breakfast available at additional cost as well as vending options. Lovely communal areas. Parking on site limited but more available on opposite side of road. Staff very helpful & friendly - will definitely be back & would recommend to anyone. Just left our third stay at this gem of a hotel & it continues to delight. Modern decor with excellent old fashioned standards of customer service. Reception staff are so welcoming & helpful. Location remains ideal for our travel needs & a great base for exploring Toledo or just enjoying the amazing views. Also got to enjoy a dip on the rooftop pool this visit - very refreshing.
