PROS:|- Room was sizable and nice enough (with analog TV).|- Bed was comfortable enough, but my pillow was too big.|- Shower was nice enough with size and good on temperature.|- Living areas for each floor are nice to have, with TV and microwave.|CONS:|- Front desk staff (Monica) seemed detached and unconcerned 80% of the time.|- "Free breakfast" is NOT breakfast. Cookies, bread, sugar drink, yogurt drink, and coffee is NOT breakfast. They even ran out of croissants one morning!|- Location is not ideal for those not physically fit to walk up/down a few steep streets.|- Got a discount through credit card points, but rate too high for this property.

Excellent place to stay in Ushuaia, very cosy, i have been there with my family. Our room was great we had a beautiful view to city center. The hotel has kitchen and refrigerator, so we were able to cook breakfast.

The room did not look very clean, and neither did the toilet. Breakfast is poor and the staff doesn't always respect the breakfast designated time (one time the lady showed up at 8:30 and we had to wait until 8:50 to have breakfast). The room needed some renovation: we had a little window in the toilet without glass and in the morning it was impossible to have a shower since cold air was constantly coming in. The price is also unfair since the conditions of the hotel. Definitely not recommended.

Breakfast is poor. Staff is not great. Rooms are comfortable but not 100% clean. Location is too far from the center, moreover in an ugly neighbourhood. There was a lot of noise from the street (lots of cars) Still we had a good night there. But I don't recommend it.

Very comfortable and incredibly accomodating family runs this hotel. We were given a tour through the Tiera del Fuego National park that was wonderful. They helped us order lunch in, and worked with us on booking a different room after a person dropped out of our trip. We definitely recommend staying there.

We actually made reservations at another hotel, but they were kind enough to inform us a few days before arrival that something went wrong with their room and they had to make reservations for us at this hotel at the same rate and for the same kind of room. This seemed like a family-owned operation, and while the owners/staff were very nice, we did feel like we were at the end of the world: beds so hard you could crack your skull, pillows so flat, you might as well travel with your own. Only two plugs that we could use for adapters: one for tv and one far behind the bed, which we had to drag out every time we needed to charge the phone or camera battery. breakfast was even sorrier. but at least the coffee was good. orange juice was powder, and the food seemed rationed. considering we had to choice but to stay at this place, it was alright. who knows how the original hotel would have worked out?

Nice, basic hotel. We had a kitchen in our room but we needed to ask for all of the kitchen equipment at the reception. Breakfast was okay.
