They might steal your money - don't stay here. I have travelled all over the world and stayed hundreds of nights in the past two years. This is my first maps review. Upon arriving I found the apartment not cleaned. They took over an hour to reply to me, by which point I had left to stay somewhere else. They refused to refund my money, and eventually stopped replying. Be careful! Thank you to hotels dot com for helping me out.

Stayed here for 4 nights. When we arrived we decided to run a bath. Unfortunately the drain in the bathroom flooded the apartment, but were moved to another one floor above and thankfully had no issues at all. The apartments are modern and well equipped. We had a balcony with a beautiful view.

Don't go near this room! I booked for 10 days for 759 us$ and then: Surprise 1- The night before arrival they demanded cash or an 8% credit card surcharge. Surprise 2- The room is on the 8th floor, the elevator goes up to the 7th floor. Surprise 3- I fixed a broken shutter myself. Surprise 4- At 5:30 AM, the whole room was filled with light because the shutters weren't really effective. Surprise 5- I asked for a towel and toilet paper to be replaced, but after 10 days, the answer was no. Surprise 6- I'll also add, there is no towel rack in the shower, no outlet is suitable for a European charger, the kitchen utensils are of the worst quality. I recommend staying away.

Note: This is the address of the office where you pick up your keys for the apartment in Ushuaia. We stayed in the Infinity Sky building for our time in Ushuaia. The communication with Pacífico Apartamentos was fast and good. We had a problem in the apartment and it was solved quickly. The apartment itself was as seen in the pictures, well equipped, clean and comfortable. We only missed two wine glasses as we had some in all the apartments we stayed in Argentina ;) On the day of departure we could also leave our things at the company's office. 👍

The address is for the office. The apartment we got was in town, East of their office. Very well located. The room was a bit small, but very convenient. The staff agreed to look after our bags after we checked out, so we can enjoy the city one more time before leaving in the afternoon.

The apartment was dirty, not just the floor which made my socks black just walking to the kitchen, but the appliances were too dirty to use. It was definitely cringy. Also no hot water and temp was set at 9 C so it was freezing. Lucky my husband is handy and quickly found a way to turn on the heat and hot water. The view, promised in the ad, was of weeds and the back of a house.

We stayed at the Shackleton apartment managed by this company. The Warm water and heating were not working from the moment we did the check in. They fixed it but kept on happening each and every day. We lost hours of our holiday on alinging with the agency and getting the issue fixed. They even sent us a video how to fix it ourselves. Which is first of a safety hazard. Second, it was our holiday we were not there to fix boilers. The owner dis not take any responsibility and refused to compensate us for the troubles.

Worst experience ever! And I travel a lot. We stayed in the Shackleton apartment.|We had no warm water and heating in the apartment, they kept on saying they never had this issue before, but we saw reviews afterwards stating that they had these issues each time with each guest. We lost few hours each day aligning with them to come and fix the issue. They even stopped answering at one moment even though it was freezing. They sent us videos so that we could fix the boiler ourselves- which is as first, safety hazard, also we were on a vacation. Not there to fix boilers. The owner of the Pacifico company is the rudest person I ever spoke to. He didn't want to take any responsibility.|We got so tired and frustrated that we left 2 days before the end of the reservation. It literary cost us our trip in Ushuaia since we couldn't do hikes or anything. Don't rent anything out from this company! |I raised the issue with Booking and I hope they get blocked.
