Stayed here recently with a group of 18 people in 3 apartments. We absolutely loved it. The apartments were in a great location, super clean and very spacious. The staff were lovely and Timmy was very helpful and even facilitated an early check in for us. Would definitely recommend!

The only positive is the location. The communication was ok, but normal, nothing more. Then, the place is old, man it is really old. It smells bad. The cleaning was below the average. We had some hair on the floor. The room was dark and again with bad smell. The elevator was not working which could happen since its maintenance is not really property dependent but we were told that it is not working only one day in advance and with no time for reaction. For a family with a small kind, stroller and room on the 4rd floor it was awful. Still, the main issue was not the problem with the elevator, we could live on it. It was bad because of the cleaning, the bad smell and really really outdated room that should be fully renovated. Price quality is for sure below the average.

Great location just back from the main square. Nice spacious apartment in the street facing rooms. Good breakfast in the cafe on the street downstairs. Lift broke on the last day but sure a brief issue. Some noise from neighbours on the last night but not apartment related. Would recommend.

Response from the property

Thank you very much for the review and we are sorry for the elevator issue.

Well situated apartments close to the station and within walking distance to many of Valencia’s tourist attractions. Our apartment was well equipped and despite being in the city centre we found it quiet. Comfortable large double bed … we slept very well. An extra plus for the staff who were very helpful and friendly.

Response from the property

Andrea, thank you for your comment and rating. Our team is already working to make your next stay in Valencia even better.

Great location, the room is small but functional. Had some hiccups with the checking, make sure you communicate with staff before your check-in date, as US websites may curtail the info they share back to them. Once in place, they were responsive and very efficient

Response from the property

Yannis, thank you for your comment. Our team is already working on your next stay in Valencia. Unfortunately, when the reservation is made through an agency, they don't provide us with the guest's contact information, which complicates our management.

Great accommodation in the heart of Valencia. Walking distance from many places as well as it being easy to catch a taxi. Rooms were decent size. The only issue we had was the smell of sewage in the apartment when we would come in from outside. It was really bad so we had to make sure the toilet doors were closed. The water pressure in the shower was also an issue if 2 people showered at once. Great service from Monica on WhatsApp, really attentive to all our needs. Thank you!
