Good staying experience. Room is big, hardfloor (no carpet). Breakfast is sufficient. Location is good, tho little shady at night (dont want to walk near there at night). Just use uber to get around at night. During day-time, lots of minibus options to get around.

This place looked far better in the photos (on Booking.com). It is a large building and most clients seemed to be coach parties as well as a football team. The decor is dated, tatty and boring but okay. The staff are reluctant, and in the main, depressed. My room was okay. Clean enough but dull. I asked if I could have a room that overlooked the port. They said I'd have to pay an extra $28 US, as I had booked through Booking.com. I was already paying their top rate according to the prices posted in the elevator. Breakfast was surprisingly good although often the staff looked close to tears. Not a great experience. I had told myself to give myself a break and book this place rather than a hostel (most of which were more highly rated on Tripadvisor). I wish I'd gone with a hostel at a quarter of the price.

We had 2 nights in Valparaiso, and it was good for the price and location. We did have some communication issues because we don't speak Spanish, but the hotel staff were friendly and helpful. A good breakfast was included, and we did a walking tour of the area, so its location was convenient.

Very Nice hotel. Location is awesome on the sea side. Breakfast is in buffet and have more choices for all kind of people. Staff is very cooperative and polite. Near to local market. Metro station and bis stop are at upfront of the hotel gate so there is no worry about connectivity with the city via local means of transportation. Must try the stay you will definitely enjoy the hospitality.

This 4 star hotel offers all the comfort you need at a good price. I paid about USD 55 including a good breakfast. It’s not flashy, but it is clean and spacious and has nice views over the harbour. It’s within walking distance to the bus station and all the local sights. Also, the wifi is good. My only (minor) complaint is that the shower is over the bath, however there is a hand rail to steady you as you climb in and out. I would choose to stay there again.

It is a very clean hotel. Rooms are spacious. Bed is very comfortable. It is located in the front of sea with a very nice view. Very close to transport and city center. You can hear the noise from street. But it is not so noisy. Breakfast is great. With fresh fruits.

No lobby security and is very noisy in rooms with slamming doors. Moldy bathroom tiles. Spanish speaking only, so take google translate with you. We were robbed INSIDE the hotel lobby, and the front desk REFUSED to call the police! We were waiting for a cab to catch a cruise, which we missed. Passports, medications, and money were stolen. Lobby doors wide open and no security. Theives walked right in.|On a positive note, the breakfast was good and plentiful, and servers were most accommodating.|

It's a nice hotel, simple rooms, good wifi, comfy but sure needs an upgrade because it looks slightly outdated. My room had a water leak on the WC and on my second night when I returned from work the WC had lots of papers and waste from the bin, didn't understand why, probably the service staff wanted to get rid of it through the WC and forgot to flush it... that wasn't really nice at all, besides that... well, everything was just fine, good breakfast and options.
