I stayed here when I was doing renovations on my condo a few months ago. I stayed for about 3 months and couldn't have been happier. The staff here are awesome and I loved the gym, it's super clean and has a lot of great equipment. The rooftop pool and hot tub is also a great place to hang out after a long day. Housecleaning is also through, if you're doing long stays and it's a huge help! Neighborhood is also great, Yaletown is basically directly south from you!

Great location in the heart of Yaletown close to shops, the seawall and food. Customer service is excellent and very responsive. We had dogs in the room next to us that barked all night and the concierge dealt with it right away the second night. The rooms are a good size and fairly quiet aside from the street noise (which is to be expected on a busy street downtown). The unit we stayed at the first 5 nights was pretty worn out with broken cabinets and lots of damage on the floor and a stained carpet but it was fine. The second unit on the 6th floor next to the pool was amazing. Very spacious, clean and updated. Huge patio, quiet and right next to the pool which was a huge perk for the kids (and me!). We would definitely stay in that unit again! The rooftop pool and patio was a hit with the kids. The gym is big and open 24hours which is a plus. It has all the equipment you need except it could use a good cleaning and scrub and some of the free weights should be replaced (old and worn out). Overall it was a great stay and we would stay again.

We stayed here for three nights when we were temporarily displaced by an emergency flood in our condo building. We were greeted by a very friendly and helpful staff member at the concierge desk who immediately showered our dog (who had just gone through a stressful experience) with treats and attention. The rooms are also spacious and it's great to have a full kitchen and pet-friendly option when you are suddenly displaced like this. My only critique is that the finishings are a little dated, and it was quite noisy as we were only on the third floor and could hear loud music coming from the Penthouse club across the street.

I ended up staying here longer than expected after losing my passport, the staff were really excellent and treated me like family. I was genuinely sad to go! The rooms are nice and well equipped, and the location is superb. Hope to stay there again soon!

Very friendly and courteous staff. Hotel room was huge for the price. Full kitchen, in-suite laundry, large separate bedroom. The stay also included access to a rooftop pool and hot tub, full gym, steam and sauna rooms. The location was perfect for attending our concert at the Commodore Ballroom. It was close to everything we needed.

We booked few rooms for our wedding and we were very impressed with the team at Level on Seymour. From check-in until check-out, their team was efficient, polite, helpful and very welcoming- making it a breeze to settle in comfortably. We did have a small mishap in one room due to a cleaning oversight- but within minutes of being notified, the staff were at the door and handling it with composure and assurance. After that- they went considerably above and beyond for our guests and we couldn’t more impressed with how it was handled. Would absolutely recommend the space to anyone looking for a central spot in Vancouver. I feel like it’s important to note as well that this particular building is sound proofed really well. Anytime we stay in the city. We feel like we hear the city all night. This was a pleasant surprise at how quiet the rooms are. It was a lovely oasis and we had the best time! We are so grateful for their additional care and attention to ensure our comfort.

I've stayed at Level Van twice now, and both times I didnt want to leave. The staff is super friendly everytime I arrive and leave. They make the process easy. I felt like I could live there as the suites/rooms have everything you could possibly need for basic living. The location is perfect for walking to everything or taking transit to anything. Very central for activities, food, drinks, cafes. They thought of everything. Love it 🥰

I can’t believe I didn’t know about this place before now. We booked 3x1 bedroom suites during the Black Friday sale which gave us a very competitive rate. The rooms were all beautiful, well equipped and spotlessly clean. They ended up upgrading one of our rooms and it was so luxurious! The location is unbeatable, near all the highly rated restaurants in Yaletown, and walking distance to Robson St shopping. The staff were all so kind and accommodating, yet very relaxed. Quincy and Janice specifically were so nice to us. We really felt cared for during our whole stay. I will undoubtedly stay here the next time I get a chance.
