Beautiful hotel in a stunning location with great amenities. It is quite large however so if you're looking for something with convenient parking or easy to get around this may not be your best bet, but for an upscale experience in the heart of downtown this is an excellent spot. Room was spacious and well appointed, fairly comfortable bed and high quality bedding, nice toiletries in a spacious bathroom. Bathrobes and slippers provided and towels are in fact quite luxurious, better than any other hotel I've stayed at in recent memory. Was fortunate to have access to the Pacific Club which was a delightful little spot for breakfast, happy hour, and afternoon snacks complete with amazing views. Situated right at the waterfront with convenient access to the Vancouver Convention Center and also with a walking/running/bike path adjacent. Would be glad to stay here again and enjoy it for an extended period of time.

We enjoyed two peaceful and relaxing nights at the Pan Pacific! Our wonderful experience started with Purion at the front desk who assured we had the perfect room for our stay and helped secure our luggage. This was greatly appreciated because we checked in several hours early. Additionally, the hotel is beautiful and has terrific views. And, it was especially convenient to have the bell staff transfer our luggage directly from our room to the cruise ship. We are looking forward to returning to the Pan Pacific as soon as possible!

Excellent location of the hotel especially if you finish cruise or before cruise, You dont need to take any taxi and entrance to the hotel is directly from terminalHotel has beautiful pool which is open from 8.00am till 22.00Big rooms with all amenities, ice available on each floor

We stayed here the night of our Alaskan Cruise at the beginning of September. While it was very expensive (we are cheap hotel people but decided to splurge for our anniversary), it was excellent. Our room was ready around noon when we arrived. Will the concierge checked us in and was very professional and congratulated us on our anniversary. Bell services were friendly and when they delivered out luggage, checked the room for us, and even brought us ice. We had a harbor view room and was perfect to look at the ships already in port. Was beautiful the next morning watching our ship arrive and dock just below our window. Bell services again were great and took our bags to the ship for us. It was right at the cruise terminal and an easy walk to the ship. The front desk even sent up a small dessert to congratulate us on our anniversary. We loved this hotel and definitely recommend. Thank you for making our special occasion truly rememberable.

Honestly, I feel like if you’re going to spend the insane prices on this hotel, just stay at the Fairmont. For the amount that I am paying for a room, I would expect there to be at least a fridge and microwave in the room. I’m also a member and although I know upgrades and perks are never required by the hotel, other hotel chains definitely make you feel way more valued as a client by doing little things to make you feel special. This hotel does not do that. I also had a weird experience with one of the guest service agents when I requested to have a fridge brought up to my room due to medical reasons. I asked approximately how long it would take as it was late in the evening, and I had a very early start the next day and needed to shower and get to bed. She was unable to give me an answer about how long it would be, and then asked if I would be ok with someone entering my room while I was in the shower. Completely unacceptable to even ask that in my opinion. Nice pool area but hot tub is lukewarm at best. Parking is outrageous but that is the norm here. Good location but probably wont stay here again. I would recommend staying at either Fairmont, right across the street or a block down the street, or even the Westin if you want to stay in Coal Harbour. I do want to give a recognition to the gentlemen working in the lobby lounge. All very friendly and attentive. It would also like to give recognition to Anh at the front desk, who helped me get into a room that I felt comfortable in.

Sankalp at reception was wonderful ~ I had a nice stay here with a gorgeous westward view. I stayed overnight on a Sunday at the end of tourist season so I did not have to deal with too much of the cruise crowd and my room was very affordable. Overall, the hotel was pretty quiet/enjoyable. I can agree with some other reviews that say there are aspects of the hotel that are dated. I also would’ve preferred no music to the cheesy pop music playing at the pool. But really I came to stay for the view and proximity of the pool and hotel to the waterfront, and that portion did not disappoint at all. I found the bed to be very comfy and the service was exceptional.

Had a wonderful stay at the Pan Pacific. The room was spacious, spotless, and beautifully appointed, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. But what really made the stay memorable was the customer service; every single staff member we interacted with went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. They were warm, attentive, and genuinely helpful with every request, big or small. It's rare to find that level of hospitality consistently across an entire team.

Had a great experience at Pan Pacific hotel. Great rooms and views. Convenient location to everything Vancouver has to offer. I highly recommend getting club level access and enjoying the lounge and the beautiful views and great snacks and drinks in the lounge. Service was top notch and everyone was friendly considering the volume of people coming in and out of the hotel.
