We had an exceptional stay (across 3 rooms) at the Hilton Vienna Plaza. The hotel itself is immaculate, with fantastic amenities and wonderful staff. The staff were attentive and always helpful. The location is very central and close to trams, bicycle shares, and also walking distance to lots of the city centre. “Room” gets 4 stars as the air conditioning unit in the King Plaza Room was a little small, and didn’t fully cool the room down as expected. Otherwise, a faultless stay. I will definitely book again.

Convenient hotel in the center. Good size room.Clean. We had slightly noisy room overlooking the road.Restaurant was small, and there was not much variety of foods, such as having no fish or salmon was unusual for 5 stars. I would say buffet was a good 4*.

The experience in this hotel was great, and I would stay here again. There are many things going for this hotel. Location is perfect. If you want to walk to Stephansplatz it is a lovely 15 minute walk, and from there you are close to many things you will want to see and experience. Vienna is famous for a perfect public transportation system, and this location makes it so easy. You have several tram/bus/U stops around the hotel that will take you anywhere you want. Forget about taxis and Ubers in Vienna, because you really don't need them. Buy a daily or a weekly ticket, and off you go. If you want to visit places such as Belvedere Palace or attractions that are not walking distance, again, trams will take you directly to where you want to be. Hotel is spotless, smells incredible when you walk in, and colleagues working there are lovely and helpful. We got an upgrade through my Amex, and free breakfast through my Hilton status, both without any difficulties. Breakfast is great. There is a something for everybody, and everything we had was fresh and tasty. The room we got upgraded to was massive, and really made our stay more comfortable. AC is easy to control, free bottles of water every day, some biscuits as a welcome gift, and toiletries were lovely (Crabtree & Evelyn). I would highly recommend this hotel.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is very convenient, just a 10-minute walk from the city center, making it easy to explore the area. The hotel itself is excellent, with spacious, comfortable, and well-maintained rooms. Everything was clean and well organized, which made my stay even more enjoyable. The staff were extremely friendly, professional, and always willing to help. I would especially like to thank Redi, who was exceptionally kind, welcoming, and attentive throughout my stay. His outstanding service made a great impression and truly enhanced my experience. I highly recommend this hotel and would gladly stay here again on my next visit.

What can I say! Amazing service , clean and big rooms , cleaners come every day and Is also in the center of the city. This hilton is a dream. The breakfast is large with lots of variety of sweets , hot foods , fruit , cheese and bread and they're all so good. The service is always nice to you , trying to make you have an amazing stay. Also I really liked how there was a market in the hotel but it was really expensive. The hotel is cheap and in the center of the city next to the bus station and the metro. You could visit anything. The staff can also keep your stuff while you're outside and give it back so don't have to carry lots of things. There were 4 elevators which were super fast and the hotel had 10 floors. The rooms were large and the beds were comfy while you had free bottles of water in the fridge and towels. The bathrooms were always clean and they smelled nice. Honestly I highly recommend you to stay there if you go to Vienna.

I spent five days in the Hilton Vienna Plaza for a special event. The location of the hotel is excellent as it is close all the main sites. The room was nice as I received an upgrade through Amex. I have to issues, however, with the service. One one day, housekeeping did not come to clean my room. When I mentioned it to the staff the next day, I only received an acknowledgement without an apology. The second issue I have was with the manicure I received. I booked a manicure before the special event thinking that the hotel has a full spa. When I arrived at my appointment, I was brought into a massage room where there was no proper set up for a manicure. The person who did the manicure had no special materials to remove the gel from my nails. Instead, she simply filed it off. In all my years having a manicure, this had never happened to me. Since she only filed it off, the surface of my nails was uneven and when she applied the nail polish, it did not have a smooth, glossy finish. In addition to the manicure, she also charged for the nail polish, which usually is included in this service. The charge for the full service was very high Euro 115 for a subpar manicure that looked unprofessional. When I brought this issue up with the reception staff, I was told that they would bring this up with management but I never heard back. Given that many people come to Vienna for special events and rely on the hotel for some services to prepare, I believe that the management should reassess which services it offers to its guests.

We stayed at the Hilton Vienna Plaza for the second time, this time for one night, and once again really enjoyed the experience. The hotel is absolutely beautiful, romantic, elegant, and timeless, with a wonderful atmosphere that makes the stay feel special. The service was very good, and the Executive Lounge is definitely one of the best I’ve experienced within the Hilton portfolio. There is a great selection and a pleasant, relaxing atmosphere. Unfortunately, the breakfast was a disappointment. While the choice was quite good, the quality of the food did not meet our expectations. Some items did not seem as fresh as they should have been, which affected the overall experience. Of course, this is just our personal impression, but it is an area that could definitely be improved. Overall, Hilton Vienna Plaza is a beautiful hotel with a unique character and a great atmosphere. We will definitely happily return.

We stayed here for four nights and had a wonderful experience. Check-in was simple. We arrived early, and although our room wasn’t ready yet, they stored our luggage for us. When we returned, they had already delivered it to our room. We stayed in a corner king room with nice views of two different streets. The room had everything we needed, and the hotel was conveniently located near several public transportation options. It was also easy to walk to Old Town and many different restaurants. We enjoyed the breakfast most mornings. It is a little expensive if it isn’t included in your stay, but luckily, it was included with ours. They had a large spread with almost anything you could want, including yogurt, meats, eggs, potatoes, and a wide variety of breads and pastries. We had one rainy evening, and I was surprised that the TV wasn’t a smart TV, so we couldn’t stream Netflix or anything else. Other than that, everything was perfect.
