I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The service was excellent, and all of the staff were incredibly kind and friendly. They paid attention to every detail and made sure all of my requests were fulfilled, which made my stay very comfortable. A special thank you to Joebelle for the smooth and efficient communication before my arrival. We communicated several times before check-in, and everything was handled promptly and professionally, giving me great peace of mind. I would also like to thank Darlin (I hope I spelled the name correctly). I requested an electric kettle, and the housekeeping service was extremely helpful and delivered it quickly. I really appreciated the assistance.

Dear SO/ Vienna Team, especially Manuela Peter, From the bottom of our hearts, thank you for your dedication, for being an oasis of calm even in the midst of a hurricane, and for your passionate approach combined with professionalism and deep empathy for the client. From the very beginning, we felt completely taken care of. You turned our vision of an intimate wedding ceremony into reality, guiding us comfortably through the entire process. Natalie Urbanczyk, thank you for your understanding, commitment, and high personal culture. You helped us find our bearings by explaining the things we didn't quite understand, and thanks to you, the ceremony became even closer to our mothers' hearts. We would also like to thank the front desk ladies, always helpful, always engaged. We would especially like to recognize Ms. Joebelle and Ms. Daria.

We stayed at SO/ Vienna for five nights in May and overall had enjoyable experience. The hotel is beautiful, modern and very well maintained. Our room was spotless throughout our stay and we were very satisfied with the overall quality of the hotel. Breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of options (and amazing view!), and the breakfast team as well as the reception staff were consistently friendly, welcoming and professional. The only disappointing part of our stay was the rooftop restaurant. During our five-night stay, we tried several times to have dinner there, but it was fully booked every single evening. It would have been very helpful if the front desk had informed us during check-in that reservations were highly recommended. We also believe that a hotel of this standard should reserve at least a few tables for hotel guests, especially for those staying multiple nights. Unfortunately, this did not seem to be the case, which was disappointing. While the reception and breakfast teams provided excellent service, we feel that the restaurant's hosting experience could be improved. Better communication and a more guest-friendly reservation policy would make a significant difference. Overall, we had a great stay and would happily return. With some improvements to the restaurant experience, this hotel would be close to perfect.

The room was spacious. The bed was very comfortable. However the furniture felt borderline in quality. The breakfast is in the 18th floor. The view of Vienna is spectacular!!! They also have delicious hot vegan options, which I appreciate. Special shout out to Illa for great service at breakfast - super friendly, attentive - thank you Illa!!

The location next to the river was amazing! Extremely close vicinity to public transportation, good food and sight seeing! The staff here was incredibly lovely. We came for our honeymoon and they brought us a bottle of champagne to celebrate us as well as drink tickets to the bar. The rooms were clean, unique and had great views. We wanted to give a special shoutout to Gabriela, she was so kind, thoughtful and brought great energy. I would give this place a 10/10 recommendation.

Comfortable room with a great view, everything was very clean and well presented. The only downsides are: 1) the aircon, which seems to be an older system and doesn’t have a ‘sleep’ or ‘quiet’ mode, and even the lowest fan setting is very strong and quite noisy at night, in fact even switched off it still makes noise; and 2) the room I had was very light in the morning, the curtains let light in around the edges. Blinds would be better. That said, the staff on reception were very helpful, even coming up to my room with me to make sure that the aircon setting were correct and offering to send a technician (which wasn’t necessary). In general I found the staff very kind and efficient and I enjoyed my stay.
