It was average experience. If I compare a beach side resort it's really average nothing great but We have enjoyed our stay. Restaurant was close due to Season. Only thing was while check out we have to do cleaning by ourselves or if you take post stay cleaning it is bit expensive (Nothing is Cheaper in Sweden 😎). Overall good stay recommended for Family with Kids.

I stayed in one of the double rooms ("close to the sea") and I really liked it. It's small and cute, and the bed was really comfortable. The room had linens and towels, also bathrobes and a hair dryer, but not body wash and shampoo. There are no USB wall outlets, which I was kind of expecting. The beach is very close and nice. It's a great location with a lot of nature reserves and trails nearby, which is exactly what I wanted.

We happened to book this place by chance on a 4-room cabin. The local is peaceful, beautiful, picturistic, and fresh air. Though it is little bit far from city and grocery stores and bus stop, it is manageable. The rooms are clean. It is better to bring own carpets/mats if you want to cook frequently. Quite big open spaces for children for sports and walking. Furthermore , facilities such as Sauna, common washing machines, grilling areas, etc. keep us welcoming. If we are going to Visby again, we might be staying at same place.

This is not a hotel. The room is small and cramped, no soap in the shower, and it smells damp and musty. The photos online do not represent what you actually get when you arrive. Considering the price, this was far more expensive than what you would pay for a good hotel on the mainland. The breakfast was good, but there was a significant lack of space given the number of guests. It should also be mentioned that you have to pay a parking fee inside the premises."

Nice place to relax. Comfortable rooms and good breakfast. Dog friendly and large grounds to walk. There is a beach area opposite the road.

I stayed in both a hotel rooms & a self-catering apartment. The outdoor areas are great, & the breakfast is good (if your room includes it). But they provide the absolute minimum: sometimes less than that. The apartment did not even have soap!! (I travel a LOT, in many countries, & have NEVER seen anywhere which isn't a crappy budget hostel which doesn't even provide soap!) The rate didn't include sheets or towels - those cost extra - and even then, they don't put them on the bed for you, you have to do that yourself(!) The apartment kitchen had NOTHING - no tea/ coffee, not even herbs or salt. Many self-catering places (incl one I had elsewhere in Sweden): if guests leave herbs, pasta, oil etc., they leave those for the next guests so they have something. Many provide basics like oil. |Even the hotel rooms have no tea / coffee / milk, ie, nothing that a guest can use the kettle for. |My rooms had no black-out curtains. They don't allow cancelations at all. That is mean, b/c people make mistakes & plans change. |The electrical sockets are in silly places. In all rooms, you have to put the kettle on the floor to boil it(!) - which isn't safe if there are children. The cord isn't long enough to reach any other socket. In the apartment, there us nowhere to plug in a phone overnight near the bed (eg, if you are also using it as an alarm). | |I felt that it's happy to take your money but does as little as possible for it. |I wrote to them to tell them all this, and got a silly response.

Giving less stars for service because we booked a service appartment and we had nothing like service option and had to return back the room as we had got it. So in short we had to clean it ultra clean while leaving so it was a bit off the vacation thing. Otherwise rooms are beautiful, location is beautiful, they had provided sufficient crockery and uthensils in kitchen. Heating facility is also good. Had no issues about security as well. All in all enjoyed the stay.

We live in the two bedroom which was smaller then expected but still good. The breakfast was a joke, a little pre picked box with a few items. Felt like the owners used the pandemic as an excuse to save money on food, we have lived in 4 other hotels around Sweden since the pandemic hit and all hade big breakfast that you could pick yourself..........
