We booked the 2 bedroom apartment and stayed for 3 nights. There was a fully furnished kitchen with dishwasher, oven and coffee machine, and the laundry room with washer and dryer worked well for us. Huge space with a nice fireplace, backyard, balcony. Good value, amazing place, close to playgrounds and Wanaka lake. Appreciated the heating elements around the place including the heated flooring. Will recommend. A pity we didn't make it to the spa pool, didn't dare to brave the freezing weather.

Over eight days we had a one bedroom apartment with an adjacent living space / kitchenette. Both rooms were generous in size and well-appointed. The bedroom was very comfy, when paired with a walk-in wardrobe and a bathroom which had decent facilities (love the heated floor and towel racks). The kitchenette was sufficient to cook a simple meal and the living area had a lounge, TV, gas fireplace, along with a table and two desk chairs. At first glance, the apartments are far from town. On a closer look, there is a short cut which makes it about a 20 min walk even for slower people like ourselves. Well worth a look for those seeking comfy accommodation in a quiet setting, with good access to everything and at a suitable price point for what you get..

We recently had a long stay at the Wanaka Luxury Apartments (3 months). We had a one bedroom apartment for the Winter season. We really loved our space, car parking at the front door, lounge with fireplace, little kitchenette, bedroom with heating and a gorgeous bathroom with a bath (sep. shower) and heated flooring. Plenty of space for 2 people, room for ski equipment in porch (at front door). A handy 10min walk into town and 5 mins to the Wanaka Tree. Daily cleaning available and complimentary consumables. Nicola and Alex are great hosts and keen to make your stay as hassle free as possible. Thankyou - we will be back next year.

Great experience staying here. Staff were genuinely helpful, apartments were clean, modern and had the right amount of amenities. Location was superb and the area peaceful and clean. Lots of space and would book again next time I am over there.

Great stay! Rooms are peaceful, spacious and spotlessly clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. Great location, a short 10 minute walk to the Wanaka tree / lakefront, and 20 minute walk or a few minutes drive into town.

The loft apartment was very spacious, well decorated, clean and had great amenities and facilities. The kitchen had a bar fridge, microwave, full cutlery and crockery, and a portable hot plate if needed. The queen bed was very comfortable and felt like I was sleeping on a cloud. The heaters had the whole apartment nice and toasty on those 1-2 degree nights. The water pressure in the shower was nice and strong. Heated towel rails was a nice luxury touch. Location was really great and it was really quiet and peaceful. So close to Roy’s Peak (7 minutes) and to the Wānaka town centre (3 minutes) by car. That Wanaka Tree was literally 1 minute away from us. Nicola handled our booking and her communication was superb. Alex looked after us from check in and gave us plenty of tips for hiking/tramping in the Wanaka area. It was a really comfortable and peaceful stay.
