A grand, beautiful hotel right in central Warsaw. Excellent service, spacious rooms, comfortable main beds, and nice perks like welcome drinks at the bar and complimentary bottled water daily. The staff keeps the rooms spotless. The kids' sofa bed was a bit basic, and there is no physical separation/privacy in the family layout between adults and kids. Also, the bathtub fixture is a bit basic and could use an upgraded rain-shower head. Great choice for location and classic charm!

Amazing hotel, great history behind it. Staff is super friendly, food is amazing. There is a bar where you get around 5€ voucher per fay if you decline room cleaning. Location is perfect for Warsaw, everything is accessible. Would recommend for anyone that can spend a bit extra to afford it. If you do, you will not be disappointed in any way.

Excellent location. 3 minutes from the train to & from airport. 5 minutes from train station to other cities. Service is good, hotel is clean, breakfast is above average. Bed a little bit too soft for me. I will recommend this hotel for Warsaw!

The Polonia Palace Hotel is gorgeous. It’s a historic building, with luxurious public spaces and the rooms are very big. The breakfast is very good and one evening I ordered a duck entre in the bar of all places…it was mouthwateringly tender and so much I shared with friends. Everyone agreed it was the best duck they had ever tasted. I did also get a massage in their small spa. It was not a luxury spa but the masseuse was very nice and I enjoyed it. Highly recommend this hotel.

Very nice hotel in the heart of this busy city. Although the streets are noisy and busy well into the night our rooms were silent and cozy. The beds and bedding at this hotel is really comfortable. The breakfast buffet was enjoyed by the entire family. I really liked a custom omlette that the staff made me each morning. Walking distance to the Palace of Culture and to many local attractions. We walked to old town, castle, museums. Night life and restaurants within a short walk. Public transportation couple steps away. We had a really positive experience here.

This hotel is amazing. The staff at reception and in the bar were super friendly and helpful. I had a drink in the bar on two different occasions and on the second occasion the staff remembered me and remembered what I drink which I thought was a really nice touch. The rooms are really spacious and so clean and well maintained. I really liked that you could opt out of having the housekeeping and they gave you a credit for the bar which was perfect for me on a short stay. A really good view from my room of Warsaw.

Polonia Palace Hotel impressed me before I even stepped inside. The historic facade, beautifully illuminated at night, sets the tone for what becomes a consistently elegant experience. Inside, the architecture continues to shine. The marble staircase is a true highlight — so striking and refined that I ended up skipping the elevator entirely. It’s a perfect example of how the hotel blends classic grandeur with a warm, inviting atmosphere. My room was spacious, quiet, and decorated with the same understated elegance, while still offering all the modern amenities you’d expect from a top-tier hotel. The balance between heritage and comfort is exceptionally well done. The restaurant delivers an excellent breakfast, with good variety and high-quality ingredients. I didn’t have the opportunity to try the gym or spa area this time, but everything else about the stay was consistently impressive.

Excellent location in the heart of the city. Walking distance from Warszawa Cantralna, many public transportation options to reach other parts of the city. The reception team is very efficient. Housekeeping team very polite and helpful. The rooms are specious, but a better quality of the tea selection would be perfect 👌 We will be back in September :)
