We really enjoyed our stay at Raffles Europejski Warsaw. This is a proper 5-star hotel and you really feel it. Great location, beautiful hotel, everything is very clean, calm and comfortable, and the service is really top level. Breakfast was also very nice. Maybe the choice is not huge, but honestly, everything you need is there, the quality is very good and the service is excellent. There is also a very nice bar in the hotel and a lovely café with absolutely delicious cakes — definitely worth trying 😄 And the spa deserves a special mention. Really beautiful, relaxing and definitely one of the highlights of the hotel. Absolutely a must-do during your stay. The location is another big plus. There are plenty of shops around, including luxury boutiques, and the Old Town is only about a 10-minute walk away. So you can easily explore Warsaw on foot from here. The whole hotel has a very pleasant and relaxed atmosphere. Everything works as it should, the staff are attentive and professional, and you just feel very comfortable here. Honestly, not much to complain about. We really enjoyed our stay and I would definitely come back.

Quite possibly the best stay at a hotel I’ve ever had. From our very warm welcome at check in we were well looked after. Arrival drinks come as standard for a hotel of this calibre but the friendly conversation and sense of occasion Jacob created for us is not usually a given. Thank you Jacob. Celebrating my birthday they had laid out a nice surprise in my room and again at breakfast. You should try the breakfast at least once on your stay and the same should be said of the lounge bar. The barman was very knowledgeable in his craft and attentive. The swimming pool area was very beautiful and serene too. Most of the time my wife and I were the only ones there. The overall sense of the hotel was that it is very calm, luxurious and beautiful.

I highly recommend this hotel! Everything here is perfect for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. The swimming pool, jacuzzi, and sauna are clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. A special thank you to the friendly and attentive staff, who made us feel truly welcome. The rooms are stylish, modern, and uniquely designed, making the stay even more enjoyable. The breakfasts were delicious, with a great variety of fresh and tasty food. Thank you for such a wonderful and relaxing experience. We will definitely be back!

This hotel is luxurious, spotless, located perfectly for the old-town, has a great restaurant, and superb staff. The location is great because it's 2-3 blocks from the old-town. Staff couldn't be any nicer, friendlier, or more courteous for a 5-Star hotel. The gym is okay but not huge. The bath towels could be more plush. The lobby, corridors and room are really exquisite. Truly a beautiful establishment which must have very competent and professional management.

The place to be in Warsaw! A truly elegant and stylish hotel with a very calm, refined atmosphere. I was assigned a beautiful Executive Suite, tastefully designed. Housekeeping did an excellent job – everything was spotless. Monika U. took great care of my stay, thank you again for that. The concierge team was also fantastic, always friendly and helpful with all my requests. I stayed for 4 days and would have loved to stay longer, but had to head back. The location is perfect: quiet, yet very central. If anything, I would look at improving the breakfast quality – the coffee was not great and the food could be more refined. Other than that, everything was spot on! 5/5. One of the best hotels in Europe. The reviews here really speak for themselves!

I’ve stayed at this hotel several times now, and somehow I keep running into the same issue: the cotton pads are awful. They literally fall apart when you’re trying to remove your makeup. I honestly don’t understand why they haven’t been replaced yet — I’ve never come across worse ones. That said, I really love this hotel and always enjoy staying here. Everything else is great. I just really wish they’d finally switch to better cotton pads! Update: Less than 24 hours after posting this review, they brought me new, much better cotton pads - even though I hadn’t mentioned anything to reception. Okay, I take it back 😅 This is exactly why I love this hotel!

I had pretty high expectations of the Raffles Warsaw, and it not only met but way exceeded them. The hotel is exceptionally beautiful - it feels like a stunning, art filled pied-a-terre in the middle of Warsaw. Rooms are comfortable (that bed!), huge showers, tons of space to fully unpack, and stocked with every amenity you’ll need. Breakfast is fantastic - lots of local delicacies along with familiar favorites. Longbar is THE place on a weekend, and cocktails there were a must every night. Pool and gym were both excellent. However, it was the staff though that particularly stood out. Every single person we met was so friendly, knowledgeable, and proud of the place where they worked. Strongly recommend.
