I had a very pleasant stay at Sofitel Warsaw. The hotel offers a great atmosphere, comfortable rooms, and excellent facilities. What truly made the experience special was the staff – everyone was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. Their attention to detail and commitment to providing outstanding service were evident throughout my stay. Every request was handled with care and professionalism, making me feel genuinely valued as a guest. I highly recommend Sofitel Warsaw Victoria and would gladly stay there again.

We had a very enjoyable stay at Sofitel Warsaw Victoria, particularly appreciating its central location, the quality of the facilities and the efficient organisation throughout the property. The hotel is situated within easy walking distance of Warsaw’s Old Town and is also close to parks, shopping and other important city attractions. It is a large property with a high guest capacity, but despite its size and occupancy, the services during our stay were very well coordinated and everything ran smoothly. We stayed in a beautiful Prestige Suite overlooking Piłsudski Square. The suite was elegant and comfortable and provided a pleasant base for our time in Warsaw. The Victoria Wellness area was another highlight. It features a large indoor swimming pool, massages and other treatments, as well as a well-equipped fitness centre. We particularly enjoyed the experience shower. The saunas are located separately in the men’s and women’s changing areas. We also had breakfast included in our stay, served at Kitchen Gallery. The breakfast room is very spacious and beautifully lit, while the buffet provides an extensive choice of hot and cold dishes, including local specialities. Guests can also choose from several fresh juices and smoothies, and a chef is available to prepare eggs to order. Even during a busy breakfast service, everything was handled efficiently. In terms of dining, the hotel is also home to La Brasserie Moderne, which offers modern French cuisine with Polish influences, and Victoria Lounge, the lobby bar overlooking Piłsudski Square, where guests can enjoy cocktails, aperitifs and light snacks. La Brasserie Moderne has been awarded two toques by Gault&Millau. We had the opportunity to experience both venues ourselves and will be sharing our impressions in separate posts and reviews, so guests interested in the hotel’s restaurants and bar can find more detailed information there. The cleanliness throughout the hotel was at a very high level, and we also appreciated having parking available on site. Overall, Sofitel Warsaw Victoria combines a convenient location, comfortable accommodation, wellness facilities and several dining options in one property. We would recommend it for a business trip, a family stay or a city break for couples.

We had an excellent stay at Sofitel Warsaw Victoria and were truly impressed by the outstanding level of service. A special thank you to Ilona for her professionalism, kindness, and assistance during the reservation process. Her prompt communication and attention to detail made the experience smooth from the very beginning. We were also delighted to receive a complimentary upgrade to a beautiful Luxury Room overlooking Piłsudski Square. It was a thoughtful gesture that made our stay even more enjoyable. The hotel is elegant, the rooms are comfortable and impeccably maintained, and every member of the staff was welcoming and attentive. Everything exceeded our expectations. Thank you to the entire Sofitel Warsaw Victoria team for such a memorable experience. We look forward to returning on our next visit to Warsaw and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for exceptional hospitality.

Amazing experience from the moment I walked through the front door. I was welcomed by concierge and a very hospitable receptionist. She honoured my Gold accor status and did ask me to wait for around 20 minutes whilst my upgrade was being processed, however I was able to get a free drink whilst I waited. Once I checked into the room I was welcomed to an amazing view, very clean room and a free bottle of Prosecco/doughnut and a welcome note. Air con worked great during the hot evenings along with plenty of amenities. Staff were more than happy to recommend nearby restaurants and cafes for places to visit or with any queries that I had. Everything was within walking distance: metro, tram, old town and most key locations. Breakfast was a huge buffet selection with a great array of food and drink available, with staff on hand to support when needed. Without shadow of a doubt I will be back staying in this hotel when I am next in Warsaw! The staff really do make this hotel!

We had an absolutely unforgettable honeymoon thanks to an exceptional team. A very special thank you to Olga, who made our stay so memorable and touching. Her care, kindness, and professionalism truly made all the difference. She created unique moments for us and made us feel special from the beginning until the very end. A big thank you as well to Anna, the Breakfast Manager, for her warm welcome every morning and her incredible attention to detail. Thank you to Kamil, Front Office Supervisor, for his professionalism, elegance, and valuable assistance throughout our entire stay. A huge thank you to Krzysztof (Chris), the concierge, always smiling, available, and full of excellent recommendations that made our experience even more enjoyable. And finally, thank you to Zosia from the Victoria Lounge for her kindness, attentive service, and the wonderful atmosphere she created every time we visited. The entire team did everything possible to make our honeymoon perfect and to make my wife and me truly happy. We will keep beautiful memories of this hotel and these extraordinary people forever. After spending 2 weeks in Poland at 5 different hotels, Sofitel was the best. I walked to museums and to the mall, 20 minutes walk. The breakfast buffet had lots of choices with a chef making eggs of yout choice. The best part was having AC in my room which unfortunately it wasn't the case on my next hotel stays.

Unfortunately, the experience did not match the 5 stars or the price. The experience began with trying to contact the hotel multiple times to change the number of people staying, without any response to the email the main service desk provided me. Finally, after the fifth phone call on multiple days, I was able to reach the front desk that connected me with someone who was able to help adjust the reservation. The room on arrival looked like it could use a refresh, and definitely a cleaning, as there was a layer of dust on surfaces as well as stains throughout the bathroom counters, shower doors, and hair on the bathtub. When I called the front desk at 10pm if it was possible to provide a different pillow, they said yes, but not till 6:30 the next morning. They said the pillows were locked in the housekeeping locker... The swimming pool was also not a relaxing experience. There was a group of young kids jumping, screaming, and using their pool noodles to hit the water. When we notified the person monitoring the entrance to the pool area that their own rules said no jumping, and they were jumping around people's heads, his reply was "that's just how it is" and wouldn't do anything further. The finality was when I was checking out - I didn't get asked how my stay was, but instead I was told there was a charge for an additional breakfast - which I had paid for at check in. When I told the person I had already paid he told me to 'prove it'. Luckily, I had my receipts. The only benefit of this hotel is that it is close to the old town, otherwise, there are many better places to stay in the area.

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well equipped, making it easy to relax throughout my visit. Breakfast was fresh and tasty, with a nice variety of options each morning. I would especially like to thank Dima for his friendly and professional service, which made a positive impression. The hotel has a calm and welcoming atmosphere. I would gladly stay here again and recommend it to others
