Great hotel, the rooms were very nice and spacious. Excellent location too. I just wish the TV remote wasn't so disgustingly sticky. The decor pillows had some tiny pieces of hair on them. Bathroom and everything else was very clean though!

The accomodation is well located in the Main Street. It was 100m walk from parking which was pretty full most of the time. The parking cost EUR 0.50 /hour between 8am - 4pm. The room was very clean, comfortable bed, all cooking facilities, however overall apartment was compact. Air Con in the living room flowed into the bedroom. The balcony was small and overlooked another apartment block / condensed living with clothes lines between the buildings - so not really an attractive outlook, with also an unkept area at the bottom between the buildings. There was no lift, and we were on the 3rd floor, so had 3 floors of stairs to deal with every time we went out. Mario who met us on arrival, was very kind to take our 2 x 20kg luggage up the three floors to our room. Mario was also very helpful with advise on recommendations on restaurants close by.

We stayed for 7 nights, and loved the place. You cannot get anymore central. There is a little street noise, but, at night is was quiet. But, if you want to central, you will get noise, out of season it was silent. The host met us on time, gave all the info we needed. The rooms were spotless, well equiped, great shower, comfy bed. Parking is hard, but, its a central, pedestrian area, out of season €2 a day and we found a space daily. I really recommend the place

Literally not a bad word to say about this. From the start Marin was so accommodating. He picked us up and dropped us off at the Airport. Such a friendly and welcoming guy. We spent 4 nights in the most gorgeous apartment. The place was so modern and was absolutely spotless! Amazing room with a big bath, walk in shower, the comfiest bed i think iv ever slept in. Dont let the outside of the building or stairs up to the room fool you. Once inside its stunning. Lovely little touch with the coffee machine and selection of teas. The room has a fridge and a wall mounted TV. Highly recommend these to anyone going, ideally placed right in the middle of old town Zadar! Everything is on your doorstep, Marin even hooked us up with a friend who booked us on an excursion to one of the national parks which was well worth it and breathtaking! Will be visiting again

This 4th floor walk-up unit was super clean, comfy and well-appointed. It's not a large room, but very well designed. The bed was very comfortable, the shower lovely, and best of all, the floor to ceiling window/blinds unit opens up completely so that one wall turn into a balcony. The location is perfect- right in the middle of old town. The host met us promptly, explained everything, and made great restaurant and sights suggestions.

Host was very helpful with process of booking. Quick and easy communication. He was flexible with check in. Helped with recommendations of restaurants and activities. The room was very clean, beautiful and very central in old town. So considering these 3 things the price is actually quite fair. If you’re driving, the parking situation can be tricky but you get used to it. Parking around old town is no more than 5 minutes from the accommodation regardless of where you park.

Fantastic apartment located right in the centre of Zadar. Loved the extra touches in the apartment also - for example, good quality coffee machine and coffee, glassware, water and soundproof windows! Great, easy and very responsive communication from Marin and Mario - and a special thank you to Mario for carrying my suitcase up the stairs! Would absolutely recommend for a stay in Zadar.

Pros - located literally 1 minute away from central square and major sightseeings. Very nice room design and all the necessary amenities for 4* level, netflix available on TV, stable wifi. Some truly minor cons - 3rd floor with no elevator so if your luggage is heavy, think twice. Very 'good' acoustics - you hear everything happening in the stairs hall or in the yard (like neighbour's AC noise).
