Me and a friend spent a night in this place and we absolutaly ADORED IT! Very close to the center, rooms are very comfortable, clean and the price is very fair. But the best thing from this establishment is by far; Inga. Oh my god Inga (the recepcionist we will call it) was a treasure and if we were already enjoying Croatia before we came here, we fell in love with the country as soon as we met Inga. Very friendly host with a clear like for the establishment and an inherit like for interacting with her guests be them national or foreign. You might find similar reviews expressing their like for Inga but we loved Inga more. We must protect Inga. I cannot recommend this place any better. By all means chose this place if you are planning on going to Zadar. P.S. We loved Inga!

The rooms are in a great location. They are simple in there decor but very comfortable to sleep in and in a great location in the old city. Close to the sea organ, esplanade, and the entire old city. You can get a taxi close but I'm guessing it would be hard to park nearby. You can check in via the restaurant downstairs and they were nice enough to mind our bags early then let us have an early check-in.

Amazing location, Beautiful rooms, very well thought out. Exceptionally helpful management. Avoid local taxis as we were advised and were seriously ripped off on our arrival .. 25€ for a 3 min journey! One restaurant we were advised to try was exceptional ,one of the best meals I’ve ever had and fantastic staff, Malo Misto. Booked again tonight.

The room was beautiful, modern, and clean! The host and room couldn't have been better; they really exceeded our expectations (i.e., amenities, comfy bed, a/c, free minibar, sweets, etc.). Inga, our host, showed great hospitality and was very responsive prior to and on the day of our arrival. She gave us a warm welcome and also provided great tips for restaurants and sightseeing. The location is not far from the main bus station/old town bus stop and the location is pretty central to old town Zadar. Plenty of restaurants, bars, and a market within reach. Highly recommend - we would stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay! We stayed in the Gold Room and it exceeded our expectations by a great deal. Room was very comfortable, well apportioned, and convenient. We got great tips from Inga on what to see and do and where to eat as well. This is a five star review for a five star experience. Highly recommend!

There is a reason that we continue to return to Kadena when it comes to booking our holiday travel. The rooms are clean, modern and well appointed. Our host greeted us with a warm welcome and provided great suggestions to local restaurants and excursions. We will look forward to our next visit.

Lovely rooms, very well designed and decorated. Has 3 rooms: gold, silver and bronze. Host is very kind and friendly. Very comfortable beds, good AC and free mini bar. Great location in old town. Almost everything is walking distance. Supermarket just beneath. Rooms are on second floor, no elevator. Public parking nearby for 12kn/hour (summer price, 8am-10pm). But you can try to find elsewhere for less or in the only free parking area but not easy to find a spot. It wasn't cheap, but this probably depends on season and time of booking. It was our best hotel experience in our trip in Croatia! Would definitely try to book here if we come back to Zadar.
