It is a pity that in such a pleasant neighborhood this apartment is so poorly furnished. Also, the owner is unfriendly, gets into the room when you are inside and charges the air conditioner apart. With a more careful decoration and a more professional management, the apartment would be very nice

(Translated by Google) We spent five days there. Our first disappointment came upon arrival: we thought we'd be in the center of Zadar, based on what the agency had told us, but in reality, the accommodation is located in the suburbs, a 20-minute drive from the old town... Fortunately, the area isn't unpleasant; there are a few restaurants and a supermarket nearby, and it's right by the sea. However, the apartment itself is rather disappointing: despite the nice terrace (see photo), the interior is outdated and the comfort very basic. The bedding is unusable (our backs certainly suffered), there are wooden stools in the kitchen, the TV reception is terrible, the furniture is ancient, the curtains aren't blackout curtains, etc. Add to that a church bell that rings incessantly from 6 a.m. onwards (!) - it's even worse on Sundays! In short, forget it if you want to relax...

(Translated by Google) The only good thing I can say is that everything was very clean... 2nd floor with no elevator (just try carrying your suitcases up and see), kitchen-dining room. It has air conditioning... only in the kitchen... AND THEY CHARGE YOU EXTRA FOR IT. It supposedly had Wi-Fi, but it didn't work.
