We were greeted by the most serviceminded and helpful host I have ever met. The apartments are a bit spread around downtown, and there was also some stairs to drag our luggage up, but that was not a problem for us. Our host even showed us the way in person and helped us with the luggage. The rooms were nice and clean - the only thing we missed were a reading light by the bed. The locatian was awesome, right in the lovely center of Zadar.

Karlo, who checked us in and out, was so special a host that he has definitely set our expectations standards way way higher than they were before. Incredible hospitality, not to mention the level of professionalism. We all agreed we experienced the high Mediterranean humanity. Hats off! And the breakfast rhe next day another huge surprise! 👌👌👌👌

Apartment was in a great location and the apartment was fantastic!! Really happy with the stay, close to everything in old town zadar. Its not really a hotel. Its more of an air bnb and it was a bit confusing where we had to check in. However the stay was otherwise great.

Fantastic from start to end of our stay. Our apartment was in the centre of Old Town, at Peoples' Square. Very modern and clean. Checking in and out was smooth. We were close to everything. Karlo, the manager, is very friendly and ready to help. He's a local boy, so make sure to ask him about tips on what to do around the Zadar area. When the road takes us to Zadar again, we will for sure stay at the same place. Karlo, hvala za sve!

We stayed in one of the apartments for one night because of a obligation outside of Zadar. Apartment was perfect. It was right in the heart of the old town and great restaurants. Karlo was extremely helpful and friendly. We would stay again. Parking can be tight around the old town but it is really compact so no issue.

Just back from a 4 night stay in Zadar. Flight came in quite late from the UK but our transfer organised through Karlo at Central Apartments worked a treat. Karlo was at one of the old town gates to greet us and take us to our accommodation. Apartment was lovely, quirky and comfortable. Zadar was a delight to visit with its many outdoor bars and restaurants. The Garden Lounge and Wine Garden became favourites for drinks and our meal at Corté was really special. Karlo was truly the best help throughout the stay. I cannot praise him highly enough. Top marks from this visitor!
