Great hotel in Zanzibar with a beautiful beach view and good value for the price. The staff were amazing, especially Selena — very kind, helpful, and honest. The mattress was super comfortable, the room was very clean, and the cleaners did a great job. The top middle rooms have an amazing view of Jambiani. We felt very happy and safe here. Very happy we came!

Location and facility were excellent, but service was terrible! The booked the wrong type of room despite having our request. There were problems with the door, safe, internet, and dining. At breakfast we were there first, but other tables were served first, ate, and left but we got nothing. After Five complaints we left with no breakfast!

What a delightful weekend at S&S! Beach front, beautiful pool, beautiful people. Great food! Victor, Deus, Janet, Fahala, Hama and the rest of the staff were EXCELLENT! Great food. We danced together and our group had a wonderful time. Can’t wait to see them again.

We spent 10 wonderful days in this paradise. Jambiani is a village with a peaceful African vibe, where beautiful flora and fauna meet the simplicity of local village life and the luxury of a beachfront paradise. It is important to be aware of the monsoon tides, when the ocean retreats far from the shore. However, this is also a fascinating and unique natural phenomenon to experience. S&S Hotel gave us an unforgettable feeling from the very first day. Luxury, breathtaking views, delicious food, and genuine hospitality made our stay truly special. Rooms: Spotlessly clean, stylish, and equipped with everything needed for a relaxing holiday. The bed, mattress, pillows, and bedding were the best we have experienced on any exotic trip. Our room also had a stunning ocean view. Hotel grounds: Immaculately maintained and clean 24/7. The swimming pool was a perfect alternative for enjoying the water during the low tides caused by the monsoon season. Restaurant: The flavors were simply amazing. A huge thank you to the chef, who managed to surprise us again and again with delicious meals. The portion sizes were perfect for us at every meal. Staff: Every member of the team was friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. I could go on describing how wonderful our stay was, but for us, this place truly felt like paradise on earth. Thank you, S&S! We will miss you and hope to return one day❤️

S&S Hotel Zanzibar Jambiani I recently stayed at S&S Hotel Zanzibar, and it was a truly relaxing experience, especially because of its perfect location right next to the ocean. The ocean view is absolutely stunning — waking up to the sound of waves and fresh sea breeze made every morning special. The rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable, creating a peaceful environment throughout my stay. What really made my experience exceptional was the service, especially from one of the waiters, Deus. He was incredibly friendly, professional, and attentive. Deus always served with a smile, made sure everything was perfect, and went the extra mile to make guests feel welcome and comfortable. His positive attitude and excellent customer care truly stood out and added great value to my stay. The food was delicious, and enjoying meals with a beautiful ocean view made it even better. The direct access to the beach is also a big advantage for anyone looking to relax and enjoy nature.

S&S Hotel is truly one of the best boutique hotels in Jambiani. It perfectly combines modern vibes with a calm, safe, and well-organized atmosphere. The rooms have direct access to the beach and offer spacious panoramic views. They are well-maintained and beautifully designed with a modern spirit. The food quality is excellent, with a great variety that exceeds expectations for a boutique hotel. The owner is exceptionally kind and supportive—always smiling, welcoming, and ready to help with anything. A special thanks to her for her genuine hospitality and warmth. Safety and security are well taken care of, with 24/7 patrols ensuring guests feel completely at ease. The beach is perfect for morning sunrises and evening walks during sunset. They even surprised my wife and me with a lovely birthday celebration, which made our stay extra special. Overall, it was an amazing experience in a friendly, family-oriented place—highly recommended, especially if you’re traveling with a child.
