After you reported your concerns to our Front Office Supervisor on the evening of 7th September, we immediately followed up. Our Housekeeping Manager personally inspected your room after cleaning today, 8th September, to ensure everything was in order. At approximately 5:30pm today, our Housekeeping Manager also came to your room to speak with you personally. Unfortunately, you were not there and we were unable to reach you afterwards. We also regret that you felt your request to speak with management was not handled appropriately.
