An excellent location close to the old city but easy to reach from the outer roads and with free, secure underground parking. Staff were very helpful and friendly and were able to offer early check in. The room was very comfortable and quiet as facing the rear of the building and the pool (though reached through an outer door to the row). It was equipped with a kettle, decent sized cups and tea/coffee supplies and a free bottle of water. The bathroom was modern with a hot strong shower. Breakfast was the best of our trip with an excellent range of hot and cold dishes, breads, pastries etc of very high quality including warm pastel de nata. On a road trip especially, this hotel is an excellent, stress-free choice for a visit to the town.

Incredibly helpful staff! Really went out of their way to help us in multiple ways. Very thankful. Lovely rooms, newly built. Awesome beds and pillows. Very clean. Shower design is not very practical In keeping water in. Pool is awesome. Rooms were quite quiet in my experience. Only noise I heard, was the guest from my neighbouring room knocking on their own door in a panic at 4am, to get their roommate to let them in. Breakfast was great, great coffee machine and bread selection. Regarding the yoghurt selection, not sure if they are taking them out of the fridge to offer them at the buffet, and then putting them back in the fridge if nobody picks them.

The beds and pillows were the best we had our whole trip in Portugal. The hotel is so pretty with the white walls by the pool and cork walls inside. The town and restaurant are all in walking distance. Highly recommend this hotel for your visit!

Stayed here for one night and if we were in the area we would of stayed longer! Beautiful hotel with easy check in. They have a free underground parking lot as on the street parking is available but a little difficult. Rooms are great and we had a pool view. the pool looked great but too cold to use it. We finished off with a great breakfast to get us on our way. Being outside the city walls makes for easy parking but travelers with limited mobility may find the walk up into the town difficult. (15 mins walk into the town centre)

We spent one night at the hotel and had a great stay! Free parking was convenient and they let us leave the car there after checking out to explore the town. Make sure to book the option with breakfast. They had an amazing spread with everything you could possibly think. The cheeses and papaya were so delicious. Beds are comfortable. We booked two rooms. Location is also great. Basically a block from the old town. We walked to the Chapel of Bones and the Roman ruins.

This was a great landing pad for the Évora, Alentejo part of our Portugal vacation. Loved being able to walk into the historic center of town. Room was great with a balcony by the pool, very handy to have parking. We had the hotel breakfast on our last day and it was wonderful. So good! Would stay here again.
