The WIFI has problems. Many disconnects and no Internet if connected. Especially in the morning and evening time. The rest is really good at this hotel: spacious rooms, acceptable price, modern, good location. Please fix the WIFI issues and then there is nothing to complain about here.

Only 5 minute walk from the station. Lovely staff to welcome me. Check in was easy. I could leave my bags and come back later. Room was a good size and I had all amenities I needed. Great I could stream Prime video and Spotify from my phone. I could see beautiful sunsets from my window. Room was quiet apart from some thumps on the wall when cleaners were next door. Breakfast was incredible! Snapper rice, octopus rice, pho made on demand, eel congee made on demand, almond toast (superb), salads, eggs, fruit, bread and pastries, takoyaki, mackerel and sardines and puddings! And having free tea and coffee to access during my stay untl 8pm every evening. I will definitely stay here again and highly recommend staying here.

Love the location, near JR stations with easy access to eateries and shopping. Although the hotel doesn’t has it own parking, it has plenty of coin parking nearby and price is reasonable with max 800 / 900 jpy for 24 hours (hotel website provides recommended coin parking area for reference). Bed is very comfy. Only negative point is that the room is a bit narrow with 3 beds. Other than that, it’s perfect for my family of 4 (with one sharing existing bed).

I really enjoyed my stay at the Richmond Hotel Himeji. The front desk was very polite, helpful and sincere. |The Kitchen staff was amazing and they had a great selection of food on offer for breakfast.|My room was perfect. Clean and smart with everything i needed for my short stay there. We had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We especially thank Isokoche for assisting us in moving to another room and making the process smooth and comfortable. We truly appreciated the support and excellent customer service. :)

Excellent location, close to Himeji Station, well appointed amenities, clean, room is very nice for a 3 star hotel. We have stayed at other 3 star hotels across Japan and this is by far the best one, great value for the price. Himeji is a nice change of pace from the busy touristy parts of Japan.

Excellent location and services, room is so clean and comfortable. No over executions, just good enough. More important, price is reasonable, nearby city centre and Himeji Castle, they are all walking distance

Clean rooms. A 10-min walk away from the JR Station. Complimentary non-alcoholic drinks from 2pm onwards. Breakfast spread was pretty good too!
