This hotel is clean and modern but very basic. The staff was nice and professional. The rooms are tiny and beds are hard even by Japanese standards. The free breakfast is much much better than any U.S. free breakfast but the room is crowded and hectic and not comfortable. If you are on a budget, it still might be a good choice.

The hotel is quite large and well-equipped, which gives it a spacious and comfortable atmosphere. One of the highlights is the breakfast — there is a good variety, and the menu changes every day, which keeps things interesting during the stay.However, the room I stayed in had a minor issue, which was a bit disappointing. Hopefully, the hotel can pay more attention to room maintenance in the future.Overall, it was a decent experience with some room for improvement.

Room comfort and commodities are fine, BUT watch out if you have a room facing the rails of the nearby station. The noise insulation is very poor, and you will hear a loud train every few minutes, except between midnight and 5:40 am. You will also hear everything going on in rooms around you. If we had stayed longer than one night, we would have asked to change our room. (We had an even room number, among the first of the floor)

You need book 2 room if you need to stay more than 2 people. The TV need access (need to pay). There is coin laundry in 1st floor and dryer. The breakfast is free. The room is clean and has bathtub in bathroom. They also provide locker for free for customers.

There is nothing wrong with the rooms — they are basic, clean, and located in a convenient area. However, the beds are the worst. They feel like cardboard. I've had better beds in hostels around the world, even when sleeping on tatami mats on the floor. As a Westerner, I definitely would not recommend staying here

very nice and clean and easy access, staffs are kind very valuable breakfast is really nice, the hotel is so considerate that they prepare bento box for breakfast. I was rush to work that morning and this really helps.

Twin Room for 2 nights. The room was a standard twin room, big enough as we had no big luggage. Beds were very firm. Breakfast was good, of course japanese style. Not many amenities in the room, but everything you might need is available at front desk. Locaton is good, just a short walk from the station. Be aware that there are two Toyoko Inns on every side of the station.

We only stayed one night so difficult to say much about service etc. The room was fine and the hotel was in a very good location for the train station. I would definitely use again.
