We had a great stay in February but left a set of headphones behind. The hotel found them and we paid to have them shipped back to us but they never arrived. The hotel stopped replying to our emails. Beware, this hotel is one star at best for poor customer service.

Absolute best hotel in Innsbruck, they are so accommodating with special requests, always let me drop luggage early or leave bags for the day. The location is the best you can get and the rooms are always super nice. Though it is on the luxurious side, there are often good last minute deals and the value for money makes it super worth it. I've stayed numerous times, sometimes for work and sometimes for holidays and it is always a pleasure.

We had a wonderful experience at this restaurant in Innsbruck for lunch! The vegan and vegetarian food was delicious, fresh, and full of flavor. Everything we tried was really well prepared, and the atmosphere was lovely too. Highly recommended for anyone looking for tasty plant-based food in Innsbruck!

Lara at the front desk was absolutely amazing and so welcoming. Since it was my better half’s birthday, they generously upgraded our room! We enjoyed a deeply comfortable sleep with a gorgeous view of the stars right above our heads—a truly special touch. To top it off, the room was stocked with premium Bogner toiletries, which we loved. 🥂 Breakfast with a View & Elegant Dining The dining experience here is delightfully refined: The Atmosphere: The hotel features a beautiful restaurant complete with a piano, elegant white tablecloths, and lovely outside seating. They do have a spa to offer and a pool. We didn’t use it but a great addition to have. The Morning Views: The outdoor area faces a charming old patio, providing a delightful view for breakfast. Great location. Nearby parking garage for bigger vehicles. Best indoor hotel pool I have ever swum in. Spa area overall is nice. Restaurant is hit or miss, and the room service is worse. Hotel is quite dark. Staff are professional, though we had to fight to get our rooms cleaned.

It was my second time at the hotel das Innsbruck and I should say it is fantastic! It has everything you can expect from a high class hotel and more than that. The breakfast is legendary, restaurant is superb and beautiful. Rooms are very nice and modern and clean. The golden pool and spa are amazing. The location is also the vest, close to the river and old town. And finally the staff are amazing and very friendly. The breakfast here is something memorable.

Stayed here for the third time and I am never disappointed. I absolutely love their Innsbruck themed rooms with the little lights on the ceiling which look like stars in the night, that is always my favorite part. The only thing I was sad about is, that it seems like they don’t offer alcohol free or alcoholic cocktails after 10pm (?). Last time I tried their virgin Pina colada and it was absolutely amazing, this time it seems I was too late for that. The women at the reception are exceptionally sweet and helpful, always listening to your special wishes and trying to make sure your stay is as pleasant as possible. Also, a very big plus point goes to their cleaning staff, the rooms are so very clean and everything is so amazingly organized. Every time I visit I feel like I am on holiday, even tho I am always coming for science-related work conferences. I am excited for next year when I am definitely going to be staying here again.
