Google· 2 months agoThe Fern Residency Jodhpur is an excellent hotel; the staff here is wonderful and treats guests like family. They were very helpful, and I had a truly pleasant experience interacting with the staff—specifically Ms. Uttrin ,Ms Sejal who was delightful and took excellent care of us. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. I also really liked the city itself, and we received a very warm welcome upon our arrival. The welcome drink served in the lobby area was excellent, and I thoroughly enjoyed having it. The reception staff is fantastic and always greets guests with a smile.

Google· 3 months agoI stayed at this hotel for seven days, and my experience was truly wonderful. I would especially like to appreciate Mr. Jitendra Choudhary from the Housekeeping team. He was always polite, respectful, and incredibly helpful. His warm attitude and genuine care made me feel like a member of the family rather than just a guest. He never let me feel away from home and was always ready to help with a smile. His dedication, professionalism, and kindness made my stay comfortable and memorable. Thank you, Jitendra, for your exceptional service. Employees like you are a great asset to the hotel. I highly recommend this hotel and truly appreciate the outstanding hospitality.

Mr. Fateh gave us a very warm welcome upon arrival, and his entire team was exceptionally attentive. They went out of their way to look after us, ensuring that every single request we made was taken care of promptly and with a smile.While the staff and service are absolutely top-notch, the property itself could benefit from a few updates and minor modernizations to truly refresh the guest experience.If you appreciate a team that genuinely cares about your comfort, Mr. Fateh and his staff will ensure you have a wonderful stay.

Tripadvisor· a month agoI had a wonderful stay at The Fern Residency Jodhpur, Series by Marriott. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. I would especially like to appreciate Hiraram (Bunty Bhati) from the Housekeeping Department for his polite behaviour, helpful nature, and excellent service. He was attentive to every detail and made sure the room was clean and comfortable throughout my stay. Thank you to Hiraram and the entire hotel team for providing such a pleasant experience. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

A special mention and sincere appreciation go to Mr. Hiraram Bunty Bhati from the housekeeping team! Their attention to detail, prompt service, and welcoming attitude made a noticeable difference. The rooms were kept spotless, fresh, and exceptionally well-maintained throughout my visit. It’s rare to see such dedication and warmth in service.
