The hotel is a bit hidden, so it can be slightly difficult to find at first. However, its location is excellent, as it is only a few minutes' walk from Ōfuna Station. The rooms are comfortable, clean, and well-equipped. We also really appreciated the available washing machines and the ice machine, which were very convenient during our stay. The only thing we felt was missing was a water dispenser where guests could refill their water bottles.

Booked this Inn on June. We love the luggage storage service because we arrived early and want to travel Kamakura first. People who work at front desk speaks English, which is great. Our rooms are small but good enough. They provided many useful stuff. All free to use. Like mobile chargers, humidifiers, masks, green tea...etc. We tried the Japanese breakfast in this inn. It was good. We will come back next time if we travel Kamakura again.

My 5 day stay, comfortable and relaxing. The staff is friendly and helpful. The bed and pillows c comfortable, the room is clean and tidy. Wifi connectivity is excellent. Hotel provides essential item for hygienic purposes e.g toothpaste and paste. Hotel also very close to train station.

This was a charming hotel in a really nice area with good food options around. The rooms are very small, however they are also very comfortable, and the lobby area is very spacious and welcoming. Most importantly, the staff were absolutely wonderful. Extremely helpful and friendly. We loved our stay here. Thank you.

Every hotel should be judged based on you personal requirements. And this hotel was absolutely perfect for us. The rooms aren't big, but still bigger than Tokyo. The service was excellent, with all the staff being super helpful. We stored our luggage at the hotel and went on a full day trip for Eoshima and Kamakura. This hotel has the perfect location for that,being right next to the station and monorail. Highly recommended!

very nice hotel! i love the big bed and spacious room. the hotel is clean and tidy. i also love that the hotel held some kind of local products' bazaar at the lobby. so i can get to know the local products in one place, very convenient. the location is also near the station.

We thought the location of this hotel, itʻs amenities, and staff efficiency were above average. During our stay, we both were not feeling well so it was good that this hotel was located near the station as well as food and pharmacy. The room was small but comfortable and that it had a tub was especially appreciated. We always appreciate that the Sotetsu Hotels provide us with extras to make our stays special.

Overall, quite happy with our stay here. Around 5 minutes walk from the train station. Super friendly and amicable staff. Clean rooms. Plenty of amenities in the lobby for the taking. Also a free rental station for things like hair straightener, charging cords, etc. Lots of great local restaurants and food options to choose from near the hotel. Cheap grocery stores, drug stores and combini’s all around you. And I loved the stamp they provided you for your stamp collection if you asked for it, absolutely gorgeous. Honestly, a lot of finer details that made my stay absolutely enjoyable. Would recommend. Only negative remarks that I had to dock a star for. The rooms are a bit small.. I expected it of Tokyo, but not in Ofuna. Hated that our room had no view, obscure privacy windows that can only be opened with a slit. And the kicker, their pillows were too stiff for us and when we asked for extra pillows, there weren’t any at all. But I did bring my own personal pillow, thankfully.
