The location is very good, it’s about 2-3 minutes to hotel from the station. There are lots of food options and shopping near the hotel. Water in hotel is purified and safe to drink. Breakfast is good and serves in the cafe downtown. Staff are very friendly and polite. It’s such a nice place to stay 🥰.

Stayed here for one night in November 2025. Note that there are two hotels with the same name within a few minutes of walk from each other. We stayed at the one that was opposite to the Starbucks. Hopefully I am reviewing the right one. Pros:|1) The hotel is very close to the Kamakura train station. There are plenty of eating and shopping options nearby. Kamakura a couple of stations away.|2)The front desk staff was courteous and the check-in and check-out process were quick and smooth.|3) The room and bathroom were clean and the bed was comfortable.|4) The tariff was reasonable.|5) The place is quiet at night and sleep quality is good.|6) The WIFI is free and the speed and connectivity is good Cons:|1) The rooms were small.

I have stayed at a few different hotels from this chain and have enjoyed my experiences each time. The staff are friendly and approachable, which makes the stay very pleasant. Guests can leave their baggage at the hotel before check in, making it easier to explore the city without having to carry luggage around. Self check in and check out are available, which makes the process quick and convenient. Amenities and tea bags are also provided at the lobby for guests to pick up as needed.

There is 2 Sotetsu Fresa Inn hotel on the same area, I was search from google map and went to the wrong one but the hotel receptionist was explain clearly how I get to the correct hotel. This hotel was close to Ofuna station south entrance and opposite is a shopping mall. And you can collect any amenities you needed from the hotel lobby even face mask. This is thoughtful services and makes my first night on Japan is so happy.

The greatest things about this hotel is location and amenities. Location is very close to station, strategic with many food stall and stores, easy to find, and good neighborhood. Also the provide us with so much amenities for free. Basic amenities like shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand and face wash, they also provide us with extra like pajamas, cleansing oil, hair curler, bath powder, ice cube, etc. Love to stay again in this hotel

A very clean and comfortable room with a kind staff. The closeness to the station was super convenient for traveling to Kamakura and Enoshima. They also let me leave my bags early which was very convenient.

This hotel is absolutely unsuitable for non smokers and nose-sensitive visitors. Rooms have heavy cigarette smell and windows cannot be opened to ventilate. Ionisers are ineffective.
