Sri Sai Baba Temple
Tucked into the residential lanes of Padmarao Nagar in Secunderabad, the Sri Sai Baba Temple is one of the twin cities' most beloved devotional landmarks — a place where the calm of daily aarti, the energy of packed Thursday gatherings, and a striking marble idol unlike any other Sai temple in the region all converge. Founded in 1982 by the Ayurvedic doctor and spiritual guide Sadguru Dr. Sai Kumar Babaji, the temple houses a six-foot marble idol that depicts Shirdi Sai Baba in his youth rather than the elderly figure familiar in most Sai shrines. Built with solid stone walls, the spacious sanctum is often compared by devotees to the Samadhi Mandir at Shirdi itself.
