Had such an amazing time at Glass Resort. The igloos were beautiful and the staff was extremely kind and accommodating. Food was amazing, breakfast and dinner is included. Great location, within walking distance to Santa Claus Village. Kid friendly but still with an adult/luxury vibe. Really enjoyed having our own sauna and hot tub. Truly one of the best experiences at this hotel.

Our stay at Glass Resort was nothing short of extraordinary — truly the nicest accommodation in all of Rovaniemi. From the moment we arrived, everything felt magical. Waking up to the snowy landscape through the panoramic glass windows was surreal, and ending each day in our private sauna and jacuzzi was absolute bliss. The combination of warmth, privacy, and the Arctic surroundings created an atmosphere that felt both luxurious and deeply peaceful.|The entire team at the resort deserves special praise. Every staff member we interacted with was genuinely kind, attentive, and eager to help. Their warm attitude added so much to the overall atmosphere and made us feel completely at home. We especially appreciated how smoothly everything was handled — from check-in to restaurant reservations and local recommendations.|The food was outstanding every single day. Breakfast was fresh and varied, and the dinners were beautifully prepared with local ingredients — each plate felt like a small experience on its own. We looked forward to every meal.|Our accommodation was impeccably clean and thoughtfully designed. The heated floors, cozy interiors, and the perfect mix of modern Scandinavian style with Arctic charm made the space incredibly comfortable. Watching the snow fall from the comfort of our warm room felt like living inside a postcard.|It was genuinely difficult to find any areas for improvement, but if we had to mention two very minor suggestions: although sleep masks are already provided, an upgraded, softer version would make mornings even more comfortable; and a higher-quality hairdryer would be a nice touch to match the otherwise premium amenities.|Overall, our stay was unforgettable in every way. We loved it so much that we are already planning our next trip — this time with friends — to stay at the Lodge. That alone says everything. Glass Resort offers a magical, peaceful, and luxurious escape, and we cannot recommend it highly enough to anyone visiting Rovaniemi.

Could not have asked for a more incredible stay. The room was gorgeous and clean. We took full advantage of the hot tub and in unit sauna. What really set this hotel apart though was the incredible service - we were able to chat with reception throughout our stay and they were so quick to respond and take care of us. Attached to the hotel and included with our stay was a daily buffet breakfast and 3 course dinner at Gallis Restaurant. This was the best food you can find in the area and did not disappoint! Such an incredible way to start and end each day.

This was honestly one of the most amazing and memorable stays for us. Everything was perfect. Location if you want to be next to the SCV, it's about a minute walk. The actual apartment was so spacious and very clean. Excellent amenities, including your very own hot tub and sauna. We stayed 5 nights in lapland and stayed in two other hotels too, but this was the most spacious one and unique. What is probably the most memorable for us is the dining. Best reindeer we had and service is top-notch. I am still dreaming about the cookies I had for breakfast and would return to Lapland just to eat them again 😊 we checked out and stayed somewhere else afterwards and on the last day before heading to the airport we had couple hours to kill in the SCV. I asked reception if it would be ok to store luggage for us and they had no issues with it and were so lovely and accommodating even though we checked out a couple of days ago. Was very much appreciated and felt like going above and beyond. Such a friendly team whether it's anyone at the reception or restaurant. Yes, it's expensive but if you can afford it you will not be disappointed.

Glass Resort in Rovaniemi was fantastic. The location is super convenient. It is right next to Santa Claus Village, yet the resort itself feels private, quiet, and genuinely peaceful. Walking around the property is surprisingly tranquil. The on site restaurant is also a highlight. Cozy atmosphere and food that was well above expectations. Everything we tried was delicious. My favorite part was the outdoor jacuzzi. Sitting in warm water while the air around you is freezing cold is such a memorable Lapland experience. Highly recommend!

Had the pleasure of staying two nights, and we absolutely loved it. The rooms are beautifully designed and the furnishings of impeccable quality. A few other observations on top of other reviewers: the buffet breakfast is superb (loved the brioche toast, salted caramel pancakes and juice shots); the three course dinner at Gallis is equally impressive (and our thanks to the wonderful Diana for making us feel so welcome for our double birthday celebration dinner). One small and important observation: the bedroom loft is gorgeous but the spiral staircase up could be challenging for some. All in all, it was one of the most memorable and pleasurable hotel experiences we’ve ever had. Hats off to the team for making us feel so welcome! We will return!

This is the best hotel you can stay when visiting Lapland! The vilas are super nice: a glass dome with view to the northern lights, the glass heats up to melt the snow for you not to miss anything, the outdoor jacuzzi is a blast with the kids when snowing, the sauna very nice for the parents. |The staff is very kind and helpful. The restaurant is very good, as dishes are very nice.

They provide kids size slippers and bathrobes and a snow sledge for the kids; that is how kid friendly this place is. You can have Santa privately visit your room. The staff is so welcoming, professional, and helpful/friendly. The glass rooms are so spacious with gorgeous views of the snowy trees. There are 2 queens bed one on each floor. The windows are mirror for privacy and heated so you can see. Not too much storage for stuff, but there is lots of space. The rooms each have a spacious private sauna and outdoor jacuzzi. They change the water daily. The jacuzzi also has beautiful views. The lighting and drainage in the bathroom could be better. The buffet breakfast and 3 course dinner are included in a delicious restaurant with gorgeous views and wonderful service. It is walking distance from santa’s village, the food market, and a free playground.
