The rooms are very nice, with the huge windows and the sauna. We went in the middle of March and it felt like the staff was a bit tired. They had a fireplace outside and during the 3 nights we stayed they did not light it once. The breakfast is only open for two hours and if you come later they stop adding missing items in the breakfast. I came 40 minutes before they closed and there was almost nothing left. This included cheese, fruits, yogurt and so on that could quite easily be added.

Overall, we had a mixed experience during our stay. On the positive side, the place felt cozy, the bed was comfortable, and the amenities were generally good—especially the sauna, Rituals amenities and the Nespresso machine. However, several issues significantly affected our overall impression. The safe was not securely mounted, and there were structural problems in the sauna area: one wall had shifted, leaving large gaps, while another wall was slightly sagging. The bathroom setup was also problematic—whenever someone showered upstairs, about half of the downstairs bathroom would get wet. Additionally, it was difficult to ventilate the room without turning on the heating. There were also shortcomings in terms of cleanliness and organization. Coffee cups and spoons were still dirty upon arrival and were only partially cleaned during our stay. The towel situation was inconsistent as well: towels were often missing from the downstairs bathroom, even though we had left them there. No towels were provided for the sauna, so we had to request them from the front desk each time. On the last day, one of the already limited towels was missing. Additionally, there was a noticeable buildup of dust on the lamp above the bed, which would fall onto the bed and even onto us. The coffee setup could also be improved. Fresh milk instead of powdered milk would be much more appropriate, as it negatively affects the quality of otherwise good coffee. Additionally, the coffee at breakfast was not good. Overall, considering the condition of the accommodation and what was offered, the price-performance ratio does not meet expectations.

Great location, surrounded by nature. Very close to Santa village and also the airport. The staff was very kind and accommodating, got an early check-in and they also offered take out breakfast due to our early morning flight.

A nice and convenient stay near santa clause village. Manage to see aurora from the window at night. Room comes with a sauna. But the hotel dont provide porter service from santa clause village and there is only stone route. Advisable to take uber to directly reach hotel lobby.

The suite is comfortable, spacious and very nice design. Manage to catch northern light from the window. Walking distance to santa clause village.Only thing to take note is please take uber to the hotel reception. Do not stop at the information centre of santa clause village as there is no proper walkway to carry luggage from santa clause village to the hotel.

Located a short walk away from the Santa Claus Village with all its entertainment and restaurants. Our self-contained cabin was stylish and came with all mod cons including a full kitchen, coffee machine, wonderful log fire, and a good size personal sauna. The huge window in the bedroom allowed for Northern Lights gazing whilst being tucked up in bed. There were some maintenance issues such as missing window blinds and the safe not working, but overall were we impressed with our cabin. Service was also very attentive and helpful. That said, breakfast was a very average buffet and there was no cooked-to-order egg station. Given the price we paid, this was the only real downside during our stay.

Great option for families or groups of friends, our accommodation was 2 bedrooms and a loft bed and included a private sauna. It was spacious and comfortable, reindeer right outside our door and great view of the northern lights! The on site restaurant was great and the staff was nice and helpful. It was a 5 minute walk to Santa Claus Village. I would stay here again.

We have recently returned from a two-night stay here, and we are so glad we did. Having booked just a few days before we went, it turned out to be the perfect place to stay, only 5 minutes from the airport. This peaceful location is next to the Santa Claus Village and a few minutes walk to everything. The staff are so friendly and helpful from the reception to the restaurant. We stayed in a Nordic cottage which was amazing, a great size with everything you need, including a sauna, kitchen, a log burner, and amazing views looking over the resident reindeer Heidi and Gingerbread. 10/10.
