We only stayed for one night, but it was a really nice experience. The location is great, very close to Santa Claus Village and all the main activities. The rooms are modern, clean, and well designed. Even though it was very cold outside, the room was warm and comfortable. The glass design of the room gives you a chance to see the Northern Lights, and there is also an aurora alarm, which is a nice detail. We didn’t see the lights during our stay, but it’s still a great feature. The staff were kind and helpful. Breakfast was good, and we also had dinner at the hotel, which we really enjoyed. And the glögi was amazing :) Even for one night, it was a lovely stay. We would definitely stay here again if we visit Finland again.

We stayed for 4 nights as a family of 3 the end of November. I was initially a bit worried that it might be a bit cramped, however we found we had an excellent stay. The igloo itself was warm and cosy, there is adequate space to store suitcases under the single bed. |We ate at the hotel most days, breakfast was standard but ok, but a pleasant surprise was that dinner was included in our stay, and the food was excellent (including the kids menu) which is great as most restaurants in the village close early. |My son loved that you could use the sledges and play in the snow, they also lit the firepit and gave out marshmallows. I've seen a few comments about bags not being dropped to your room, they did this for us and collected them when we checked out too. The Northern lights alert worked in our room, and we was lucky enough to see them outside |The hotel location is fantastic it's only a short walk to the village which my little one was able to walk or be pulled on a sledge. |We had a great stay and it really added to a magical trip.

We had a fantastic stay at Santa’s Igloos and it made our trip even more special. What really stood out was the effort the team went to for my 50th birthday. My children had contacted the hotel in advance (from Australia!) to arrange balloons and a cake, and the staff made it all happen seamlessly. My son said they were great to deal with — really responsive and helpful throughout the whole process. It was such a thoughtful surprise and meant a lot to me. We stayed for two nights in one of the igloos with a private sauna, which made the experience even more special. The igloo itself was cosy and beautifully designed, with the glass roof allowing you to fully enjoy the Arctic surroundings from the warmth and comfort of your bed. The added sauna was a perfect touch after being out in the cold all day. The staff during our stay were just as lovely — friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help with anything we needed. The food was also amazing — we were really impressed with the quality and choice. Overall, a truly memorable stay and somewhere I would absolutely recommend to anyone visiting Lapland.

The igloo is very new and nicely decorated! It's just a 10 mins walk to Santa claus village. Breakfast and dinner are great! Front desk staff is friendly and they explain everything in a professional and friendly manner. This hotel is also the pick up point for our icebreaker cruise which is really convenient for us. They also allow us to store our luggages for the whole day while we went for our day tour.

Everything great about this stay had nothing to do with the hotel. We had less than 20 minutes of hot water at any given time and there is no door on the shower. So they provide a squeegee for you to pull all of the water back into the shower since it just pools on the floor. The basic instant coffee and hot cocoa were not stocked the first 2 days and we had to ask to get them. Upon check in we were told breakfast and dinner were included. Upon checkout, we were charged for the sides and desserts. Only the main courses were included. Both times we had dinner, we were at our table for 30 minutes after eating and no one brought us the bill. We visited during the off season, the dining room was never very full and from what we could see, a lot of the rooms were empty during our stay. The hotel’s amenities and services were less than you would find at your average Marriott or Hilton.

We stayed in a Premium Igloo. The heating is very good, which is definitely a plus in this type of accommodation. However, the overall condition does not match the price or category. Apart from the photogenic corner with the bed under the glass roof, the place feels quite old, worn out, and in need of renovation. Even the mattresses on all three beds were noticeably thinner than in any accommodation we’ve stayed in before, which made them uncomfortable. A pleasant surprise was that a main course for dinner was included in the price, which we were not aware of when booking. There are also children’s sleds available to use free of charge. Overall, this is not a place we would return to.

A great hotel with good facilities. Food is a bit too salty but well prepared. Service is a bit slow but you can not move fast in heavy snowing days anyway. Very close to Santa village for all the excitements.

The igloos were great! Rooms are small but designed well and presented very clean. Room stayed nice and warm despite arctic winter temps. Loved seeing the northern lights.
