The best say in Florence. A natural Vila managed by a family. Lovely place and beautify. Loved it! 100% recommended. Breakfast is amazing.

The atmosphere, the view, the food, the family, the rooms, were all amazing and unforgettable. Close proximity to larger centres like Pisa, Florence Siena and San Gimignano but nestled in the country side overlooking San Gimignano, olive and vineyards. It was also Walking distance to a great restaurant in a nearby village. The Breakfast on the private veranda and a pool and bar to end the day after travelling all made it the perfect location and stay and then throw in the amazing family running the property and it was my favourite part of my Italy vacation. And absolutely, take advantage of Nic’s wine tour and tasting with Nona’s homemade biscotti.

We could not have asked for a better and more special stay. From the moment we checked in we felt welcome. The family is gracious and seemed genuinely happy that we were there. The rooms are sweet, the classic Italian breakfast was served on our private patio by a lovely woman with a big smile. We slept well and had a memorable Tuscany experience.

It was an overall great experience! The people running this B&B are incredibly nice and the atmosphere is very familiar. The pool is large and perfectly clean with a great view on the surrounding area. The last piece making the our stay perfect was the breakfast: Very tasty, great selection of choices & served on your own terrace. Couldn't have been any better!!

A beautiful stay with breathtaking views stretching all the way to San Gimignano. You’re welcomed as if you’re part of the family, especially by Federico and Niccolò, two incredibly kind and helpful young hosts who are always ready to assist with a warm smile. The room was very clean and well maintained, as was the bathroom. Every day, they asked if we wanted fresh towels or if we’d like the room cleaned. Great service. Having breakfast on the private terrace of our room was such a lovely extra touch. The pool was great, with enough parasols to find shade under the strong Tuscan sun. There’s plenty to do within a short drive. You can visit charming towns like San Gimignano, Volterra, and Siena, or enjoy local wine tastings nearby. Exploring the area by Vespa is also a fantastic option. Highly recommended!

For two young adults in their mid-20's this was a perfect homebase for our week-long vacation in Tuscany. The pool is a godsend in the hot Tuscan weather, and it was very calm and quiet almost all of the time. Very friendly staff, very clean room. Only downside is the wasps and mosquitoes, but that's more down to other guests not always following the rules and bringing food down to the pool area. Being served the breakfast on your own little patio is nice, and the staff bringing some ham for the wasps to feast on so they leave you alone is very thoughtful (it works!).

This was a quaint property run by an exceptionally kind family. The rooms and grounds will give you a true old Tuscan experience. The free breakfast served outside in your own private area was one of the most authentic and best we had while in Italy. Great experience.

Stayed one night last month (Sep '22) was a gorgeous little taste of Tuscany. The grounds are relaxing and the room was nice. The staff made the experience, with their warm and happy hospitality. When on a long road trip grabbing food when you can, to have a home cooked hot breakfast was just perfect. Only wish we could have stayed longer. Highly recommend.
