Fantastic location with great staff!|We spent 7+3 days here. The extra days because we were so impressed by the location. Super friendly and supportive staff, great apartments (we tried 2) and nice pool area. Would have been great to be able to buy fresh bread, and one minor comment that the equipment in the kitchens can be upgraded (more and sharper knives, grater, coffee machine)

We stayed here for 2 days only, but it was really nice. The location is wonderful and so peaceful. Definitely worth staying for a few days longer.

5 stars – A beautiful and peaceful place in Tuscany! Tenuta Decimo is a truly beautiful and peaceful place in the heart of Tuscany. We recently visited to plan our wedding in August, and once again, we were touched by the calm atmosphere, the natural surroundings, and the warm hospitality. The property is large and surrounded by green hills, trees, and pure nature. Everything is clean and well maintained. The breakfast was delicious, with fresh and tasty options to start the day right. There are several pools to relax in, a paddle court, table tennis, a playground for children, and much more to enjoy during your stay. Claudio takes care of everything with great kindness and attention. He really listens to our wishes and makes the wedding planning so easy and stress-free. He has a lot of experience and puts his heart into everything he does. We also met Gianluca, who welcomed us so warmly and made us feel very comfortable. This place already feels like a second home to us. Even though our wedding is still a few months away, we are already counting the days until we return in August! Best wishes, Kim & Moritz

We had an amazing time staying at this villa. Amazing pool which let us relax and enjoy the views of the hills and valleys. Wifi worked very well in our room compared to other places. Comfortable beds and friendly staff. Breakfast seemed a little pricey (~12€ / pers / day) for basic options (compared to other places we stayed at). All in all, we were pleased with our experience and would recommend.

Embarrassing. We arrived at 7 pm for the first of 4 nights in a 3 bedroom apartment. At 8 pm we notified the evening receptionist that we were missing a towel. The answer we got was that they will bring it first thing in the morning. Needless to say it was 9 am the following morning and the towel was not in sight. Secondly, we bought some groceries in order to prepare dinner the next evening. As we prepared the meal, we noticed that there were no bowls in the kitchen drawers, and surprisingly no salt and pepper. When we asked for these basic condominiums, we received the shocking answer that the hotel does not carry salt or pepper. This is even more surprising when we are aware that the hotel offers breakfast and there is a restaurant within the hotel's property.

We have stayed here for 1 week and there has been 3 water outages, 2 power outages and 2 WiFi outages. One time they occured all three at the same time, and with an outage, there is no electricity for cooling in this scorching heat. The fridge food goes bad early and we ourselves weren’t used to this Italian heat without AC. We also had cats and a dog appear on our doorstep, blocking the way, the dog being loud and incredibly stinky because of his sweat and the cat being frowned upon by someone of our group who doesn’t like cats. The breakfast is way too expensive for what you get (€10 per person for a very limited choice of food). The only choices of bread were a way too sweet croissant and bread you had to toast yourself in an actually barely operatable toaster. For the rest, aside from some ingredients, there was only cake and premade slices of a salami sandwich. As for the multiple outages and the terrible breakfast, there was no compensation whatsoever, not even a coupon on their nearby restaurant. For the water outages, we had at least expected a small apology with drinking water; none was given. The rooms were not at all cleaned, as there was a lizard on the wall when we first entered the room. The shower temperature takes about 2 minutes to change. A bathing cap is mandatory in the swimming pool, which was not told before booking, so of course they sell them to trick you into buying them. The bathroom we got has a very weird step you have to take note of every single time you enter the bathroom. This has lead to a bathroom visit in the middle of the night where someone tripped. Although the food at the nearby restaurant was pretty good, our overall experience was afwul.
